Tv does not come on. Unplug it and plug it back in then it comes on. Vizio customer service is awful and will not purchase another Vizio product ever

DON'T BUY THEIR PRODUCTS THEY ADMIT SPYING ON THERE CONSUMERS. " THEY SAID WERE SORRY AND HERE IS 30 DOLLARS TO COMPENSATE FOR STEALING YOUR INFORMATION AND SELLING IT TO ADVERTISEMENT COMPANIES. I SAID WHAT HAPPENES IF I STEAL YOUR INFORMATION FROM MY HOME PC I WOULD END UP IN GUANTANAMO GETTING BENT OVER BY BIG BOBBA. I SAID THIS AND THIS IS A TRUE STORY AND YES I AM IN CAPS. ACHTUNG!!! Bei Widerruf werden weder die versprochenen Lieferkosten noch die Retourkosten erstattet!!! Ausserdem wollte Vito mir Kratzer in der Rückware unterstellen. Lange Bearbeitung und ewiger Schriftwechsel, bis der Kaufpreis über PayPal (abzügl. unzulässiger Gebühr) zurückbezahlt wurde

Frustration with keeping it working.
Bought their surround sound had nothing but frustration with it and the reurbed unit they sent. There was misunderstanding about their 1 year guarantee.also. Good thing Costco knows about customer satisfaction took it back with a full refund.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE VIA PHONE AND IN-STORE! MGMT MORE IMMATURE THEN OTHER EMPLOYEES STATED WAS NOT FIXING ISSUE HIS STORE WAS REASON FOR MESS UP! WILL NOT BE SHOPPING/ORDERING PRODUCTS DUE TO EXPERIENCE!!
RUDE AND STILL WAITING TO FIX ISSUE AND WILLNO LONGER PURCHASE GOODS FROM THEM AFTER BEING DISRESPECTED BY MGMT AND CSR AGENT BUT THEY FORGET US CONSUMER'S ALLOW THEM TO COLLECT A CHECK AND EMPLOYMENT! I WILL ALSO BE REPORTING TO AGENCIES FOR UNPROFESSIONALISM AND SCAMS CONDUCTING AS A COMPANY!! PLEASE AVOID ANY PRODUCTS BY VIZIO THEY ARE A HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!

i bought a smart tv and just after a few months my youtube stopped working and all the company could tell me is they are sorry for the inconvenience.
they expect me to dump it and walk into the store and buy another one.
would recommend people really check before buying any of their products
i am not buying anything vizio again for sure
