It was great!! It looks fantastic on my desk, gets rid of the clutter and gives me the high fashion look that we want to show and to represent us at work. Thoroughly enjoyable item and place to shop! I will be buying more boxes and folders and more soon!

The Kate Spade New York Tackle Box I ordered was not packaged properly so the top of the case was cracked when I received it.

The desk pad was a scratched up, bent up, piece of thin plastic which was no thicker nor better than a soda bottle label. Actually, a soda bottle label would have been better.

I was really disappointed.

I love everything I ordered. However when my items came in, I was super sad because one item was broken. :( But I was not sad for too long.
I called to ask how to make a return, it was super easy, totally hassle-free.

Being an educator for a school will kids that come from a low income family; purchasing school supplies for a low price is very critical to me. Therefore, I was so shocked to find Urbangirl had the supplies that I needed for even cheaper than everyother major retail store out there. Trust me I did the searching and looking!!!
With that being said, not only did this company have the cheapest price for what I was looking for, but also had the fastest and most affordable delivery ever!
I was so shocked to get a knock on the door and see the package from Urbangirl in the hands of the UPS gentlemen.
I will now forever and always be a loyal customer to Urbangirl!

Absolutely love all the items I purchased. Quality is over the top! Customer service is beyond awesome. I had forgotten to mention I needed tax exempt status on my first order. When I made a second order a few days later I mentioned this to customer service. They quickly offered to do a credit for the tax on my previous order, although I was the one at fault.

I ordered the legal pads on 7/24, but they weren't mailed until 7/31, and I just received them by Priority Mail yesterday. I could have ordered the same legal pads from Walmart and picked them up from the store the next day. Don't know that I will place another order.

I ordered two file boxes from Urban Girl Office. They were a little pricey, but I decided to splurge. I paid for the boxes with paypal and didn't realize that my old address in paypal would supersede the address I had put into my Urban Girl account as the shipping address. My boxes, unfortunately, went to my old address. When I called UPS they said they couldn't help me and that I should contact Urban Girl. When I did that, I talked to two people who essentially passed the buck. Yes, it's true, I should have updated my address in paypal, but it never occurred to me that a business would create a mailing label that was other than the one I put into my account. Now I know better, and I also know never, ever to shop at this website again. Hopefully, no one else will either and we will all be spared their contempt for their customers.

I purchased the At-A-Glance Poetica weekly planner. The price was much lower than Amazon and ti arrived quickly. i'm completely satisfied with Urban Girl.
