This company is a scam I paid for websites and never received them. They will ot return calls or money. A year later they drafted my account 3 times with out my permission. Buyer beware! This company is a scam they paid for these 5 star reviews

*little to NO contact with their staff.
*one of the employees was extremely rude and had a very disrespectful tone.
* I got a refund only after calling bank and reporting a fraudulent charge and informing them I would take legal action.
They said they still wanted to work with me for free so that they could prove their work. I gave them a chance and they NEVER called back.
So, take your business elsewhere. No need to deal with these guys if all it is going to do is give you a headache and MORE WORK (calling banks and attorneys) to get yourself out of a bad deal.

I just had one of the most horrifying customer service experiences of my life and needed to share this to prevent the pain of any future customers of the LogoFrank, InnovatechLtd, LogoDesignCreative and any of their other affiliated website design services.

After seeing the advertised '9.9' TrustPilot reviews on the LogoFrank website, I made the mistake of signing up for their "Premium" package since it was 'discounted' to $999. After paying through a strangely minimal landing page on a completely different site, the 'salesman' pointed out that I would need to pay an additional $200 for a mobile-responsive website and an additional $365 for ongoing website support. I told him I'd need the mobile-responsive but was surprised it wasn't included - he pushed through a second payment without providing a new invoice or submitting verification and told me to verify with my credit card company. Shortly afterwards (within an hour), I went to Trustpilot to see the actual reviews and boy was I surprised to find out that the reviews were terrible (at least for the web services) and not even scored in the way described on the LogoFrank website. I decided this didn't feel right and requested a refund.

Instead of processing my request, the operator told me I would have to speak with my salesman to discuss my order. I received a call later and was told that I could only have 75% of my money back - after dismissing the offer they raised it to 85% and pointed to their Terms and Conditions, which contains a restriction on refunds that the salesman completely omitted when discussing their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee". I proceeded to get an earful from this salesman about how he needed the money and we should work out something else instead of a refund - this whole conversation took about an hour. I firmly requested the refund, in full. He told me he would have to send the request to his 'compliance department' (I think they might all be the same guy).

The 'compliance department' called (sounded like same guy) and proceeded to interrogate me about whether or not I had reviewed their Terms and Conditions. I asked him to process whatever they were going to process and he proceeded to continue giving me an earful, cutting me off and talking over me, even after I asked nicely multiple times. Finally, I asked if there was anything else we needed to speak about and he said no and proceeded to continue talking - I asked if he would be processing a refund and he said yes and continued talking - Finally I asked if I could hang up - the moment he said yes it was over.

As of now I still have not received a refund and am planning to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I know their offer is attractive, but you probably won't be getting what they're offering. The professionalism was just not there. My guess is that they're taking client money and outsourcing the work to Fiverr for cheaper. I should have listened to the wisdom of my grandfather: "If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is."

Update: The company has stated they will be issuing a refund less the 15% of the amount I paid AS WELL AS the amount they pushed through that I did not authorize - this is for 'compensation' to the salesperson for the 10 minute conversation we had where he misled me about the firm's qualifications, size, resources, etc. and directed me to a landing page to pay without disclosing their draconian refund policy or pointing out their Terms and Conditions. They are holding my refund hostage until I 'agree' to their terms. I pray anybody considering their services sees this post before they fall into the same trap I did. Trust me - this is not a company you want to be involved with. Period. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. They were still calling me from a VOIP line until almost 10PM that night. This entire experience occurred over a period of just a few hours. I continue to receive harassing phone calls.

All of these businesses list the address 2727 N Grove Industrial Dr Suite 115, Fresno, CA 93727-1522 as their place of operation. The Innovatech Solutions Ltd. page was what they used for their payment landing page. This single office suite is also being listed on numerous other websites (all ".com"): athleticdesignsfresno, logocreativedesigns, logofrank, innovatechltd, screenprint4less, webifiers and possibly numerous others. It is also the address for Fresno Universal Services, which is the only company with any real history - it's possible all of the other ones are just DBAs or are renting office space. All of these companies appear to be connected to one person - Amjad Hami.

I am a VERY Dissatisfied Customer!!!
Watch these folk!!!! They will scam you out of your money!! I paid $500 for them to build my website, then they ask me to pay $200 for domain, now they want another $20O for Content System Management input hosting!!!! It won’t happen when your page states your have free CSM admin panel & free Revisions!!!

Never do NOT use them. You will pay and not get a COMPLETED project. I have reported them. Logo frank is the top fraud agency and also logofrank sub domain is logodesignprofessional.uk i also a fraud.

Logo Frank provides great service at great prices. my account manger Alan Murphy was pleasant to work with.he take the time to listen to what your saying and put your request in the hands of capable designers .they do great work from your simple idea.so If you have a logo design in mind and don't know where to go next,I recommend LOGO FRANK.

These guys built a website for me and did an ok job. Then they held me hostage and made me use their hosting...fine. Then they tried to hold me hostage to use their email, no dice. Now, even though I've paid for the hosting and the website, my website is not working. They will not give me the Word Press login (that I paid for). My IT guy asked me to report their business practices. They are not returning phone calls or emails. BEWARE!

Working with Shawn and Allen, was a great experience. This is the fourth project I have done with them. Each and every time, they are always supportive and take care of business.

We just finished up another project and I am rewarded with a new completion.

Total scam first review I have ever wrote. I contacted logo Frank for a new logo something fresher then what I had I have been in business for my self now for 1 1/2 years I was using a gmail account they sold me a domane name and email services for 2 email addresses I paid for domain name I paid a yearly server fee and a high monthly Fee 1st of the year rolls around and now I
can't access my email I'm loosing my assignments because you see im in construction and every thig is done thrue email logo Frank won't answer any of there phone lines no reply to numerous voice mails numerous emails many live chat requests so here I am screwed with no email luckily I have had my domain name for 60 days do to regulations you can't switch providers until you have owned domain for a min of 60 days on a better note I have contacted Godaddy and for 8 buck I can transfer my domain name and I can chose a low monthly fee or pay 120. Something dollars for the whole year i wish i would have never used logo Frank if you are reading this I hope its before you pay anything because the money I'm out for services no big deal but the money I'm loosing because I can't access my email is where it hurts do your home work!!!!!!!!!
Lol so here is my reply to you saying I must be a competitor first my name is not tony second you know I'm not a customer of yours any more again I will say logo frank is a scam I did not renew domain with you all because your a scam 150 something dollars for domain that Allen would not take his name off as manager for my domain so yeah I bought another domain from go daddy 35 bucks image that and yes as soon as the domain that I bought from logo frank finely came back up for sell I bought it back thru yep you guessed it GO DADDY so to say I'm making up that I was a customer of yours is lame your attempt to say this is a fraudulent review is lame only fraud is logo frank
