Beware of this company they are a complete fraud and illegitimate. Both Mercedes and there manager Paige refused to provide me with my product after it was purchased and made fraudulent claims that it was refunded by paypal which was not. When i tried calling regarding this issue there excuse was they are closing and have to leave the office. This is an illegitimate company posing as a corporate supplies entity. BEWARE!! Just take a look at there shady establishment in the middle of no where!!

I recently ordered a kit and discovered that when placing the order online I left one word out. I immediately called and explained my error. Michelle promised to add the missing word and assured me that the kit would be sent out promptly. True to her word, the kit was sent out promptly. All the papers contained the correct corporate name, but the binder itself did not have the missing word. I called Michelle and explained the situation, and she was extremely polite, pleasant and apologetic. She promised to prepare a new binder with the correct spelling and send it out promptly, which she did. I am so satisfied with this company and with Michelle! I am so very grateful for Michelle's kindness and politeness. As a seasoned legal practitioner, kindness and honor are hard to come by in my daily practice, and I do not take it for granted when I encounter these traits. I highly recommend this company. They are like a breath of fresh air!
