In short, they were one of the few that had the item in the colors I wanted. Great customer service!

I received my Kate Spade office supplies today and one piece came broken. I emailed customer service and within the hour ( after explaining and sending pictures), the customer service person had shipped me out another one. I love the supplies to arrived perfectly and so appreciate the kind and quick resolution provided! Certainly an indication of a great company who cares about their customers! The customer service alone will bring me to buy more things from UrbanGirl Office Supply.

Found the notebooks we needed at a great price without overinflated shipping rates. We discovered many sites charged $12-15 shipping so buying online became pointless, I could just pay full price in the store.
Called w/a question, customer service was prompt & friendly.
Best part, box was at my door 2 days after ordering. Can't ask for better service.

I never placed my order due to a problem with payment. I was charged double for the purchase (due to a pre authorization hold) and then expected to pay even more money to have the order processed. I decided to purchase the products I was looking for at a local retailer and I spent quite a bit less money.

I thought the service although over just the mail was friendly, they sent me a thank you card. I loved the products!

I often feel like a brand does not live up to the hype but UrbanGirl Office Supply is FABULOUS! I love that there were super cute and chic items to make my office sassy.
