Item sent was not compatible. I requested twice for return but they didn’t bother to reply my email or call me.
Very poor customer service .

Found the item I never thought I'd find. The customer service throughout was excellent too.

Having ordered a special front door cylinder lock I had a query and was emailed by Ava who dealt with me and communicated promptly. Ava demonstrated a very professional approach coupled with excellent people skills whilst being "on the ball" throughout. I will use UPVC Store every time that I need these type of products for a speedy delivery. I will "shout from the roof tops" about Ava.
Well done Ava, your help and advice was impeccable and you're obviously an asset to the Upvc Store company.

I ordered handles for my windows which were fine. Unfortunately the screws for fixing the handles were not supplied. When I asked why not they said it was because the window casings varied. They did say they would try and find where I could get them from. They didn’t get back to me. Sold me the handles then didn’t want to know! I found out that generic self tapping screws at the size I needed are easily sourced. Disappointed with their after sales service.

Website was and is easy to navigate,ordered some hinges prompt delivery but missed stacking kits.Told UPVC about this and was quickly replied and shipped the same day.

Delivered the wrong items , contacted them to explain and was told to speak to courier , clearly the stores fault as sent wrong items
Still waiting for the correct items to come , 3 e-mails in and still dont have a agreed time and day for delivery a week after first delivery

I found the website easy to use and the information on it very helpful in finding what I needed. Easy to order and the delivery was very prompt. The letter box closure was as described and fitted perfectly in the existing opening. Only job I had to do was drill a hole for the screws. It looks really good.

Ordered set of door handles on 22nd April, no update from them, emailed them on 30th April, still no response and handles, very poor service

The one star review reflects the unacceptable customer service received. I ordered and paid for 3 items and received 2 of them. Since then I have contacted UPVC store by phone, text and email multiple times hoping this could be easily resolved, but I have received zero response. This is made more frustrating but the fact I can see they have seen my multiple texts. I can find no other way of contacting them and believe they are now simply ignoring my messages.

I placed an order on 26th March. I received an update from Evri on 27th March stating they were expecting my order. This has not yet been received on 13th April. I have contacted UPVC Stores multiple times, however their first response blamed the delay on the April Bank Holidays. There has been no further communication since despite multiple attempts to get in touch to arrange for my order to be shipped or a refund. This is unacceptable.

Ordered a sliding patio door handle weeks ago. It still hasn’t arrived Iv tried ringing, WhatsApp messages and email with no response.

Ordered two pairs premium handles, which arrived promptly as described. Unfortunately some of the order was damaged in transit, but was able to resolve with uPVC-store by contacting directly.

I ordered a new APECS lock cylinder from UPVC Store just over a week ago with some extra keys. I made an error on the order and Joe was very helpful in sorting it out. The new cylinder arrived next day, was fitted and the key registered with APECS with a secure PIN. This week, I ordered four more cylinders keyed alike to the original. Again, Joe was very helpful in sorting this out. The locks and keys are made to order by APECS and shipped out directly. I received a phone call from APECS requesting my secure PIN to authorise the making of the new locks, so their system really works! New locks arrived next day and work perfectly with the original keys. Top quality products from APECS and first rate service from UPVC Store. Highly recommended and I will definitely return for future cylinders/keys.

First time using this company and I am so very pleased to say it has been a positive and good experience. Joe Edwards helped my brother and I get some Yale locks which were out of stock till March he kindly offered us APEC ones with the same specifications at no extra cost which was accepted as we needed the new locks.
