Ordered ceiling panels on the 6th June and got a confirmation e-mail on Monday 8th June that delivery would be the 12th June. I got another e-mail that said the warehouse was out of stock of these and the delivery date would be the 28th July !!!! which I wasn’t happy about and tried to contact customer services via email and chat bot.

I eventually got someone via email who confirmed that it would take up to 7-10 days to return my money… they are so quick at taking it and not returning it. I actually went via my bank as I emailed them with no response from customer services again.
I would not use them again that is for sure and wished I’d read the reviews here before pushing the buy button.

Non existence notice on delivery date. Found out on the day from the driver when he was outside the property, despite me asking specifically for a date. Found out after ordering, that they dont actually have the stock and they pass it on to a third party and they can deliver the items before an actual delivery date is created, which is what happened.

Avoid them, don't use them. scam company.

Buyer Beware. Failed to meet delivery time of 5 days as per website, over 2 weeks now and no sign of order. No communication telling of delays. No new delivery date. On line 'chat' promises call back by 4pm which doesn't happen - and their office closes at 4pm, Mon-Fri only.

Wish I read the poor reviews before hand. Enquired about delivery date for fascias - stated in stock 2-3 days but my delivery date not immediate, wanted a day two weeks later. Told I needed to place order before they would confirm. Duly placed order and paid 2nd May 26. Received a subsequent text to say they could deliver on that day. Two weeks pass----, you guessed it.......tumbleweed, creaky sign swinging in the wind on the day of delivery with me sat their twiddling my thumbs. Duly fed up tried to cancel, AI bot. Finally got email on 19th May to say issuing refund but needed to wait up to 10 working days. No refund and now 4th June. Now requested section 75 action from credit card company. If you fancy poking your eyes with blunt cocktail sticks, order from this company, otherwise, look elsewhere.

It's closest it can get to a scam..no Customer service except a AI ,they do have for sales obviously but not for updates or complaints..6 days after no update email with regards to delivery times..will call the bank to get the money back!!!

I placed my order with building plastics online on 07.05.26 and paid around £600 for the order. On 08.05.26, I received an email saying estimated delivery of order will be 15.05.26. This is longer than the estimated time they claim on their website, which is 1-3 working days.

My experience with the company has been very frustrating. There is only one number for sales calls. To get any information about deliveries is done via chat bots on their website. They aren’t helpful. They promise to have information before 4pm and when I reach out to them near the time, I am told the office is closed for the day. The current situation is I now have to wait until Monday in the hope of getting information.

I am having to take the whole day off work to stay at home to be here for the delivery and it is wasting me time and money not knowing when the delivery will be.

Have tried to leave a review on their website but funnily enough, it hasn’t been published.

Stay clear of this company they are a joke and have no respect for the trade. My order was three days late and their AI bot is a joke, it kept going round in circles and telling me all morning that someone would phone back in 30 mins, no one ever did. when it did eventually arrive I got someone to check all was there and no damage. The order seemed fine until I arrived on site to find I had received Homeline products not Freefoam as ordered. the Easter break had meant I could not contact them until the following Tuesday and my men had already installed a fair amount before I had noticed the different make. On Tuesday I was told they knew they had sent Homline as Freefoam did not deliver to my area, at no time did they has the decency to inform me of this and have the opportunity to cancel the order and although the board was the same price it was 9mm not 10mm as ordered and the J trim I paid for was more expensive than the one I received . Their phone line order team did their best something their website says dont use for order queries. Their so called 24hour chat line is a joke and no one came back to me as promised. The othe thing is that what was sent had a much shorter guarantee than what I ordered. They will not be getting anymore orders from me

Order initially arrived 1 day later than scheduled. However, part of my order wasn't delivered and communication was poor. Website is also misleading to what is being ordered.

I actually left a half decent review on another review page (reviews.io) after getting messed about big time but thought I'd got it sorted through a lady called Kat but after contacting the courier with regards to my delivery I'm afraid to say their story about my delivery doesn't match up .

ordered on line. They have taken my money but no good received. No response to phone call. Just say their line is busy. No call back, no response to emails.

can order and do collection to a local outlet.
outlets don't seem to stock parts and after a phone call found out they can't even get parts.
hope i get refund

Delivery never arrived. I eventually asked for a refund. Waiting over 3 weeks now and still no refund processed. Worst experience. I will not use them again

This has the been the worst experience I’ve had with a company in this entire current build I’m doing.
I wished I’d read the reviews beforehand. I only ordered 2 products… how could they got this wrong?? I’ve been in contact with them to try and get the correct parts delivered asap as I’m on a tight timeframe and nothing has been done.

Worst customer service, not received a response from their teams on email, tried calling the number, no one answers, no one responds on the chat service, i am waiting for my refund and there is no one to chase.

Late delivery and very poor customer service is what you will get if you order from this company.They do not reply to emails and telephoning them is is a waste of time, buy direct from eurocell it will save you a lot of time and possibly money.I wish I never ordered from them, they state 24hr order processing and 48hr delivery.I ordered on the 23/02/25 and received the order 03/03/2025, one of the items was wrong and since contacting them by email have had no response.

I have had 3 separate orders from building plastic online.These were for eco plastic fencing.After reading all negative reviews l was worried about ETA. I didn’t get a time and thinking it was not going to come. I was out only to find my order on the drive.l read to expect up to 3 weeks for eco panels.Very happy as my 2 other orders arrived today.This panels come from eurocell and much cheaper from these guys.

Shame you can't give no stars,

Ordered an eco fence panel over a week ago and not received Sent multiple emails which they don't reply back to. If you are reading building plastics, I want my money back.
