Great service from the staff at the Cambs store and easy online ordering with speedier than expected delivery!

Whilst we have already discussed the problem of delivery , Dpd would not leave my parcel over a 7 ft garden gate and a 8 ft brick wall despite the notice on my front door , your problems with previous deliveries to others should not be reflected in your attempted delivery to legitimate people/ shoppers like my self , I have many opportunities to purchase running shoes from many vendors and I do , I do not have problems with delivery , as a company you will only survive with goodwill on the part of your customers , this delivery procedure on your part will and does alienate your customers , who will go elsewhere , the future delivery actions are firmly in your court , but for now if you cannot change your delivery procedures I will need to change my running shoe vendor

Running shoes arrived very quickly with no issues.

Great service from Sammy in the Nottingham store. I set a bit of a brief on what I hoped for in new running shoes. He brought options but no sales pressure. He talked through the slight differences in design and what each was trying to achieve. My tough decision was which pair to go for. I went for the r Bookes!
I’ll keep coming back to Up and Running.

I had assumed this was a owner ran independent store so good was the service I received.
The chap that helped me was knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. Free gait check, with a simple explanations of findings and suitable trainers suggested. Reasonable prices and a Park Run discount. As someone planning to return to running in my 50s, I cannot rate my experience at the Basingstoke store high enough. Who knew buying trainers could be such a pleasurable passtime!

The service from up and running was really good and the price of the trainers was good value at the sale price. Sadly the trainers didnt suit the needs of my knee due to a missing acl. Sadly had to return them. But wouldnt hesitate to use up and running again.

Had the best fitting at Up and Running Nottingham. Sallyann spent an hour with me making sure I had the right fit and helped me try multiple pairs of shoes. Great service, lovely staff.

I have sciatica but love running. Emma in the Nottingham store did a great job of patiently finding me the right shoes. Had them 3 months now - they are ideal 👍🏻👍🏻

The shop assistant, Emma, was helpful and knowledgeable and made several suggestions about the things I was looking for. I was also told about a local running group! I'd definitely go back if I needed advice.

Had a fantastic experience! I’ve done running for years but never had a proper pair of running shoes so was very clueless about what was suitable for me.

I was greeted by Sally who was super informative and helpful! Changed my mind on getting very padded shoes and found that those with less stability were my best fit! :)

Sally also definitely knew her business when assessing running styles as I’d saw a few quirks with mine and Sally helped me find shoes that would help with correcting that!

Really pleased with my experience and will defo be coming back for any future running bits!!

I’ve just visited the Barnet shop, and the staff are welcoming, very knowledgeable and helpful.

I’m not a runner, but would like to start running! I have known issue with my feet, and finding the right pair of shoes to start with is key if I’m to succeed with this running venture. I did a gait analysis and was given a thorough explanation. I shared I’m in the process of seeing a podiatrist for orthoses as well, and was given good advice and recommendations.
