Always struggle with trainers and what…
Always struggle with trainers and what ones to buy. I would normally stand in a basic sports shop not knowing whats what and buying a random pair! Not this time.. luckily for me Viv at the MK store was very accommodating and answered all the questions I had. She was also very patient as I tried on multiple pairs and ran on the treadmill to assess which ones were the best fit. I walked out with Altra FWD VIA 2, and some new socks. Great Experience from start to finish and this store will now be my regular place to visit as my running chapter starts. Thank you Viv.

Brilliant !
The Trainers arrived the day after my order, great communication and a good price ! I previously went into their new store in Barnet and received exceptional service and advice from Max. He really took the time to understand what I needed and provided all the options. They didn't have my size in store so I ordered on line and received the same great service, hence my 2nd order in 2 months. Can't recommend this store and company enough, truly delighted with them.

Great service and choice. Highly recommended
From initially visiting the shop for the first time the sales assistant was very attentive and listened carefully to my requirements. He recommended two brands of trainers which he thought best suited my requirements. Decided that Brooks was the best but didn’t want a garish colour so he ordered us a black pair and took our details so he could ring when they came in.
Was suppose to arrive Friday but received the call a day early saying trainers had arrived so nipped in, tried them on and bought them.
Shop has a treadmill in the middle of the sales floor do you can test out your chosen footwear properly.
Looked like all local Greater Manchester running clubs supported as all of their running vests are for sale as well as other outdoor activities apparel and accessories

Mark was great!
Mark was great, really knowledgeable and helpful and no high pressure sales but took the time to make sure me and my husband got the right running trainers and they were reasonably priced

Simply outstanding customer service.
Luke H was extremely knowledgeable, pragmatic, and professional.
Having had 2 recent surgeries, I needed expert advice on the best shoes to aid my rehab in the immediate and ongoing term.
I can not recommend them more highly.

Number one for running shoe
What a fantastic service we got from Henry and Rob in the Nottingham store. They were both so patient and understanding in ensuring my daughter found the right running shoe.
Our experience in store was made an enjoyable one and Rob’s professionalism and knowledge certainly make him an excellent mentor for the less experienced staff.
We have already recommended this store to friends and family and it will certainly be our number one choice in the future.
