Richard was brilliant
I went to the Basingstoke store. Richard was brilliant, so patient and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy and explained everything really well. Would definitely go back to him again!

Great service from Sammy
I can't thank Sammy enough for his patience and professionalism. I had a gait analysis then we discussed the most appropriate trainer for me. Sammy was attentive and provided a selection of shoes and allowed me to try them on the treadmill to ensure they fit well. I was in the shop a little over an hour and I never felt rushed. What a great experience, thank you!

Visited the Sheffield shop and was guided through a road running shoe purchase by the friendly, personable, and highly knowledgeable Amar. I left a very happy customer with a pair of Saucony Endorphin Azura’s. I highly recommend this shop, great experience all round.

Headington (Oxford) Branch - excellent service and personal touches
I would highly recommend the Headington (Oxford) store. Luke looked after my husband and I and he was fantastic. He had wonderful knowledge of all the shoes and knew exactly what we were looking for. Nothing was too much and he made sure we were completely satisfied with our purchases. I loved the attention to detail and personal experience. Thank you so much Luke!

Nick was great
Nick did our gait analysis and was excellent, he was really helpful and informative. He gave us great recommendations for trainers but wasn’t pushy about what ones to buy. Great service, we love our new running trainers

Bought my first pair of running shoes…
Bought my first pair of running shoes today! Liz was great. Did a gait analysis and talked me through the results. Brought out various options and talked me through benefits and differences between different brands. She was really lovely and helpful! Will be back

East Sheen shop is top!…
Unfortunately the shop in East Sheen didn’t have my size so Ricky sorted out an online purchase for me. East Sheen is my local Up and Running and Ricky and his team never fail to offer a brilliant service

Great advice again from Reka
Great advice again from Reka. A runner herself (so modest and actually elite!!) - she has the BEST advice for experienced runners and beginners. Bought my shoes with her for over five years. Expert and super kind, no hard sell. Have had foot problems in the past and she knows how to adjust to them.
