UBT Express Recensioni

Got the package on time in I’m great condition. Will use them again

I am happy with the services , it reached the destination well within the time. Package was also in good shape. Only thing that is the price , it always become much higher than actual weight. And they have taken custom duty charges at the time of delivery from the consignee

Smooth delivery within a given period of time.
No damage/missing of products. As well it was very reasonable comparing to other companies
Highly recommended

It's been a great experience. The services provided were remarkable.

Stay away from UBT courier services due to their untrustworthiness. They exhibit poor handling of packages, resulting in significant damage and destruction of items. I experienced a loss of goods worth Rs 15,000, which were rendered unusable, and despite my attempts to seek compensation, they refused, providing various excuses. I strongly advise against using UBT for courier services in Delhi. Not only did I incur a loss, but they also charged me Rs 8,331 for courier service to UK. But they change price after receiving the good. They sent back goods severely damaged or offered a partial refund courier fee with no clear explanation.

Really really bad packaging and all snacks were crushed and most of your items went missing. Wrong weight and high price. You cant reach any customer service to talk. They only deal with whatsapp and no response for your calls. People in US & CANADA beware of this SCAM!!!!!!

Excellent Service, great communication, timely pick up and delivery. I surely recommend to everyone. They are the best

UBT Express helped me to order medicines from india. And the process was very smooth and stress free. I really appreciate their help. Thank you UBT

Very smooth, efficient & excellent service. Highly recommend their service. Person named Sapna was very polite & provided very efficient service. She even followed up with me, if I received it. Really appreciate her efforts.

Excellent service, on time as informed.

I wish I had a chance to rate below 1. Pathetic courier service. Picked up my parcel and charged me for an additional 8 kgs in the name of packing and when I denied threatened me to add something to my parcel and send it to immigration. Charged me 4k to send my parcel back to me.

Package was picked up on the 27th of October and now on the 12th of November it is still not in the correct country. It was a delivery intended for a one off conference of 70 people from around the world. These elements will now need to all be posted separately to attendees as the conference ended 3 days ago. Customer service reply to where the package is and why its delayed: 'It is in transit/..'
Great thanks for that helpful information. I have been msging on whatsapp since its been picked up each time telling that it is important it has a timely delivery and that I was even willing to pay extra to have it arrive on time. Still nothing. It has been in the same post sorting office in France for 6 days when it needs to be in Senegal. Thanks UBT for ruining the end to a conference that took a very long time to plan, and still after more than 2 weeks still not delivering the package. Will very much recommend any and all never to use your service.

Door to door, timely delivery. Thank you for picking up the parcel from Kharagpur(India) and dropping it off in Cardiff. Loved the professionalism as well, someone was actively following up with me to check whether the parcel was delivered in time. Overall took almost close to a week for the parcel to be delivered in Cardiff. Thank you!

Delivered my package to the US in record time and safely, will definitely recommend using their services.
