Stay home they will deliver shit to you...! Worst experience ever...!
I shipped good from Pune, India to Sweden with Translink Express with a premium charges in Industry trusting words. Goods were never delivered due to damaged packaging and there was no response or action / any initiative to track / support customer for their valuable shipments and understand needs.

Very important thing and alarming as well. There custom clearing agent in Germany clears the goods undervalued for my 45,000.00 INR good packing list value was just 1400.00 INR. If something goes wrong with customs, it is a serious fraud and you will surely end-up in trouble.

Once you start follow-up regarding good employees get sick and hospitalized forever and owner (Vaibhav Salvi) never receives calls just because he is always in meetings for orders and secure income than delivering commitments / customer goods.
I realized Translink is just a shipping agent who handovers your valuable good to another shipping agent and who handovers to another one and endless chain literally, I tried to track it (before reaching to Sweden there were at least 6 shipping agents). In case, there is something bad with your delivery there will be no support and no response at all.

My goods are still on the Way since 21st August and yet not delivered.

Make your decisions wisely...!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent International Courier Service!

I had a wonderful experience with Translink Express while sending a parcel containing food items from Mumbai to Germany. Their staff was highly experienced, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process.

They carefully packed all my food items and ensured everything was properly secured for international shipping. A special thanks to Nasir, the pickup executive, who was very polite, helpful, and professional.

Their customer care team kept me updated and answered all my questions clearly. Most importantly, the parcel was delivered safely within the committed time, and all the food items arrived in excellent condition.

I highly recommend Translink Express for anyone looking for a reliable international courier service from Mumbai. Excellent packing, timely delivery, experienced staff, and great customer service!

Haven’t received my parcel and it’s been 45 days..very poor service. Please use other courier services to avoid these hassles.

Translink Express is the worst courier experience I’ve had in 12 years of living in the USA.

I used Translink Express for the first time to ship 3 packages (3 kg, 23 kg, 26 kg) from India to Texas on August 25, 2025, paying ₹50,000 for the shipment. It is now November 17, 2025, and my boxes are STILL stuck with UPS in Louisville, Kentucky, with no movement and no explanation.

What makes this experience infuriating is that Translink completely failed to do even the basic documentation required for an international shipment to the USA:

No commercial invoice included

No FDA food declaration

Missing import forms

Incorrect paperwork handed over to their partner (WorldFirst)

Zero proactive communication

Because of THEIR negligence, UPS cannot clear the shipment. I’ve been forced to chase UPS, Translink Express, and WorldFirst for months—and all three keep passing the buck to each other.

I’ve been in the US for 12 years and have shipped numerous packages from India using DHL, FedEx, and other reputed couriers. Never—NOT ONCE—have I faced a delay like this. Those couriers know how to handle documentation and customs requirements. Translink clearly does not.

What shocks me the most is the unprofessionalism:

No updates

No accountability

No urgency

No responsibility for the mess they created

No knowledge of US customs rules

No support despite repeated follow-ups

If you want your shipment to be delayed for MONTHS or permanently stuck, go ahead and use Translink Express (and their partner WorldFirst). Otherwise, save your money, time, and mental peace and stick to real courier companies that know what they’re doing.

I will NEVER use Translink Express again and strongly recommend others avoid them if they want their packages to actually reach the USA.

I recently used Translink Express to ship 145 kgs from my home in Mumbai to the USA, and I had an excellent experience. From the very beginning, their staff was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. They took care of everything, including pickup from my house and proper packing of all the items, ensuring everything was secure for international shipping.

What impressed me the most was that the shipment reached the USA within the committed time, just as they promised. The entire process was smooth, hassle-free, and efficient.

I’m extremely satisfied with their service and would definitely recommend Translink Express to anyone looking for reliable logistics solutions.

I booked parcel to Sydney Australia with Translink Express on 18th Sep'2024. Although it reached to Vic, australia on 19th Sep but yet to be delivered to Sydney and has been now more than 15 days.

Response from Translink guys is very irresponsive and calling them everyday has now been a routine task with nothing to avail other than boiling the BP with pathetic response from the Translink guys.

It is the worst courier experience I have.

Saturday morning i had called up Translink for my package delivery to Bahrain. Saturday afternoon their guy collected the package (the package was packed by us). I was told that i'll be getting a package tracking no but that was not provided on the same day. Surprisingly my package was delivered at its intended address on Monday morning and the tracking no. was messaged my later. Overall i am satisfied with the experience only concern was the cost.
