The worst couriers. My parcel is stuck in London from past 15 days no response from them, And their WhatsApp is too worst, no response nothing at all. Waste of money.

⭐ 1 STAR — EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE — VERY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE

I had an extremely bad experience with Atlantic International Courier Service, and I would strongly advise people to think very carefully before using this company.

My parcel was picked up from my home on August 6, 2026, and I finally received it on September 10, 2026 — approximately 35 days later.

Before booking, I was clearly assured that the shipment would take approximately 12–14 days in transit. I trusted those assurances and paid for the service. Unfortunately, the actual experience was completely different.

My parcel remained in Mumbai for almost TWO WEEKS without any meaningful movement. During this time, getting proper information was extremely difficult. Calls were not answered, and customer service was extremely poor.

To make matters even worse, after my parcel had already been sitting in Mumbai for almost two weeks, I was asked to pay DOUBLE the amount to send the parcel forward. This was completely unacceptable. Why should a customer have to pay additional/double charges after the shipment has already been delayed for so long?

I also emailed the company regarding the delay and problems, but received no proper response.

After finally waiting until September 10 to receive my parcel, the condition was another major disappointment. Several food items were spoiled, and the packing quality was extremely poor. After paying for international door-to-door shipping and waiting more than a month, receiving spoiled food and poorly packed items was extremely frustrating.

My experience in summary:

This has been one of the worst courier experiences I have ever had. The difference between what was promised before booking and what actually happened was extremely disappointing.

I personally will NEVER use Atlantic International Courier Service again. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable international shipping.

Customers should be extremely careful and should get all delivery-time promises, additional charges, and conditions in writing before making payment.

Very poor service. Very poor communication. Very poor packaging. Extremely disappointing experience. I regret choosing this company.

Absolutely terrible service. It has been almost a month since my courier was sent from India to Canada, and I still have not received it. What is even more frustrating is the complete lack of customer service. Nobody answers the phone, nobody replies to messages, and there is no proper update on the shipment. I have made multiple attempts to contact them and have been completely ignored. This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a courier company. Delays can happen, but ignoring customers is unacceptable. I regret using this service and would not recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and choose a more reliable company.

Do not use this service my parcel stuck if i ask then they just tell we can’t provide you local number stupid services 😡😡😡

I sent a parcel in express service,even though after paying premium price the parcel was delayed by 2 weeks .I mean how is that even possible like after paying paying high prices they are still very unprofessional about their services.

One of the worst courier companies .. courier from India to London but no update on courier since last 20 days... WhatsApp number for update is of no use, called there India number but of no use...

I'm confused by their online chatbot on WhatsApp, which always seems to be responding. It's really misleading, to be honest. They list a standard rate of rupees per kilogram on their website, but when I talk to them, they suddenly quote 700 rupees per kilogram. That's not exactly how you'd expect a professional service to operate.

I will not give them a 1 star is horrible service no one is replying on phone not in email is a very bed customer service I still not received my parcel yet and is showing me is already delivered so much confusion is going on .

Mera parcel UK pahuchane ke ke liye 40 din lga diye inse to post office theek hai. Mera shipment number 9221266483 hai nahi yakin to check kar le kitne din delhi mein hold rakha.Ladai inki khud ki company ki hai aur piste customer hai. Please koi bee inse parcel mat karwana.

The worst courier service. This is the second time Atlantic Courier has failed me. They delayed my wedding saree, and because of them I couldn’t wear the saree I had chosen for my wedding,I had to wear my mum’s instead. They showed no urgency or care, and now they have again failed to deliver another time-sensitive parcel on the promised date. Their customer service is rude, unhelpful, and full of false promises. I would never recommend this courier.

Sent someone else's parcel instead of mine. When contacted gave a verbal apology and asked us to travel and get it exchanged. No professionalism at all. Very very poor. Cant contact customer care at all.

Very disappointing service from Atlantic. The process is extremely slow, customer support is poor, and calls are rarely answered. The replies are mostly automated, and they keep sharing the same tracking updates that customers can already check themselves. They say an agent will contact you, but no one actually follows up. They promise 15 business days, but parcels still arrive late with unclear tracking updates. I would not recommend their service to anyone. Customer support and communication need a lot of improvement.

One of the worst customer service ever seen. I could not reach them AT ALL even after multiple attempts for almost a month. Thank god I decided not to ship through this service as I understood the lack of communication and lack of response well before.

Seriously bad experience, they take care more . Such a wastage of time and money with them. 0 star service
