Excellent customer service. I really appreciate the time they took with me and getting me a great deal on my part exchange.

Staff really helpful and professional. Service easy to book, and good communication from staff about items that needed to be attended to. Car ready for collection on time and excellent car valeting.

The sales mgr. Knew his stuff, was helpful and he was not too pushy. Listened to what I wanted and supplied it. Would have given 5 stars but for mistake over MOT not being in place as stated, which they rectified when it came to light.

The team was brilliant and very friendly this is the reason I get a vehicle from them.

Needed to replace current car as it had come essentially to the end of it's life (well, with us). Saw one on the website, nice to drop an online deposit to reserve.
Went in and handed the keys straight away to test drive it. Simple sit down and chat about it afterwards, no pressure and a day to think it over.
Bought it, very nicely presented and all promised pre-delivery work completed. A very relaxing experience.
So far so good. Hope not to use the included warranty and breakdown service, and will see how the garage part works later on but very happy. And local for me too.
If they offer the cars you want do give them a try ... you are not obliged to buy but I suspect if they have what you want, you will.

Given time when to bring car for service.Car went in and came out after full service and M.O.T in the scheduled time slot and was cleaned as well.

Staff are always polite, helpful and accommodating especially when problems occur - I needed to change my MOT and service booking in early December because my husband had an urgent hospital appointment. It was changed for the following day.
I also need to book early in the morning so I can wait for the car because it is too complicated to go home.

I needed a service and it was easy booking it with T W White & Sons. The staff are firest class, I sat with my book and drank a few cups of their fresh coffee and when I collected my car the bill was expalined to my satisfaction. And the car had been cleaned!

They fixed a couple of body trim that was not a warranty issue but done them for me out of goodwill after car purchase..
This dealership has excellent customer service both during and after the sale ...
I will definitely use these again for servicing and then part ex for another model from there showroom..
