Another great experience at Warrington, Sean is extremely friendly and I have been going to him for years with all my car purchases, he makes you feel like a valued customer and polite even though I was indecisive. I had a specific budget I wanted to keep to and went back and forth between 2 different cars but Sean was patient and provided all the information I needed to help me decide.

Absolutely shocking service and can't believe how rude and passive aggressive the female service agent was on the phone.
Booked my car in online for a service and MOT on 11th March for the work to be done on the 30th March. My MOT is due on the 9th April so thought I'd be sorted in reasonable time. Got a text confirmation straight away saying "Thank you for booking with Acorn St Helens on 30/03/2026 at 08:30am."
Got a text message this morning 21/03/2026 saying my booking has been cancelled!
Rang straight away to be met by the rudest service agent I've ever encountered. I asked why it had been cancelled and she said there were no MOT slots available that day. I told her I had a confirmation text over a week ago (it was actually 10 days previous) but she said that was a request that I had enquired about and that it wasn't a booking. Totally different to the confirmation text I received that said "Thank you for your BOOKING". I then asked why it had took over a week to inform me of this and she said she was only just got round to sorting the online bookings out and when you book online it doesn't automatically update their booking system. This to me doesn't sound like a viable way of doing service bookings if you tell a customer its confirmed and 10 days later there are no available slots and cancel with a text, couldn't even be bothered to ring me and try arrange an alternative date.
So, I asked when can I have the MOT done and she said next available date is 14th April, 5 days after my MOT runs out! Fantastic!!!!
At no stage did she offer an apology and the passive aggressive way she spoke to me was totally unacceptable. I can see from previous reviews I'm not the first to be treated like this.
She did say the service could still be done but there's no way I will be using Kia St Helens whilst the management think this kind of treatment of customers is acceptable. Last year the service cost me £406 and this year would have been £270 with MOT, so it's not like we're spending an inconsiderable amount with them.
I now have to arrange service and MOT elsewhere, but rather that than give Acorn St Helens another penny.

We picked up our car yesterday and the service from Dan Jackson was absolutely exceptional from the moment we arrived to the moment we drove away. Nothing was too much trouble. I pointed out a couple of tiny marks on the car and without hesitation he came straight out with his TikTok buffer and removed every single one on the spot.
It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about the details and takes pride in making sure everything is perfect, but Dan absolutely does. Great service, great guy, and a brilliant experience all round.
Highly recommended.

He also knew we were looking at other manufacturers. We returned a week or so later and took a test drive, cancelled our next day Volvo test drive as a result and bought the Sportage . Whole experience was above and beyond our expectations.

Another great visit at Kia Warrington, Hana in service is extremely friendly and makes you feel like a valued customer, from her great service ive been returning and just bought my 2nd car from here, Neil was absolutly fabulous made it an easy and fun experience. Pete as always was great.
The Service you recieve here is 5* even with all the distruption, cant wait to see the new show room.

went above and beyond to help me get it sorted.
Greg sorted me a car to use whilst mine was off the road. Thank you to Adam also in service for looking after me.
Kia Burntwood customer service is exceptional. I wont go anywhere else.

Very poor customer service.Other half booked day off to take my kia in for its first service. He gave then his mobile and asked them to contact him not me as I was at work . After 3and half hours of waiting he drove home having paid for the service . I saw that I had a video of the service in which I was helpfully told there was a screw in my tyre and it could easily be repaired today.Sadly no one bothered telling my partner just rang to say the car was ready for collection. When I asked why this happened I was told the lady had called and left a message .no.missed calls on either phone and no messages . Just a mistake which was made worse by a pior resolution.Her offer of an apology was not to increase the repair price if we came back on a different day. No compensation for the wasted fuel driving 30 mins to the site. .I certainly won't be using again and kwik fit have already repaired the tyre just 40 minutes after paying acorn £245!! . Avoid this place and go to someone who is interested in customers not just sales . Seems to happen often here in the aftersales and people are told its a one off and to call back and discuss . Wish I had read trustpilot before booking in .

Giving customers a decent car test drive instead of just a quick drive around the block allowing the customer to get to know the car a little better so you can make a better informed decision if that new car is for you or not.

Went to acorn Kia in St Helens a few times for certain warranty issues on my car. I have to say the service I get from both Katy and susie on the service desk are above and beyond. It’s like you’re going to visit friends rather than taking your car in for a repair. Never had an issue with the dealership and would highly recommend anyone who has a Kia in the local area to use this garage.
