Really pleased car was collected serviced and returnd,Booked over the phone spoke with Stephanie who was very helpful correspondence was excellent whole experience was a pleasure.

It says it all when I’ve purchased my 4th or 5th Mazda from TW White.
Their customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced from a car dealership. They are genuine & knowledgable about the cars & will do what they can to help.

What a lovely, non-pushy salesman. Highly efficient and personable service.

Very good customer care felt like a valued client. Staff excellent I travelled from Hertford and it was worth the long journey.

The Byfleet service centre is very efficient ( same can not be said for the Bookham one in the past) .
The car is taken in for service at the allotted time, and is ready half an hour early, washed and vacuumed.
The 5 year service plan basically means you get dealer service at non dealer prices.

I had Harvey as my representative. Who was absolutely EXCELLENT.. Harvey I met last year when I first came in, where we sorted out paperwork and information. Life happened and I returned back 5 months later. And contact Harvey, who remembered myself and very easily continued where we’d left off.
He made the whole entire process, easy and everything was done so promptly.
I have to give the biggest thank you to Harvey, for always being outstandingly professional, yet kind, friendly, very informative, efficient. As he managed everything and made it ever so simply to complete a couple of quick forms to fill in and complete and made the whole transition truly comfortable and enjoyable.
