Customer service experience

When I purchased the vehicle I indicated that I would be interested in purchasing a Service plan. The vendor said he would send it to me. Unfortunately he was killed some days later. Since, at present, I am not in the UK my friend contacted Mazda on my behalf and was informed that they would send me the required documentation. At present I have received nothing and no longer have any interest in purchasing a Service Plan. Other than this my experience at the Mazda dealership was very good.

The staff at Orpington are so friendly and customer oriented and are happy to explain what work has been carried out .

From sales, service and workshop, everybody in this combined team are brilliant. Their interaction between departments and care and consideration to their customers is truly special and senior members of T.W. Whites should be extremely proud of their staff.
While waiting for my car to be ready I spoke to a couple who had a 66 plate mx-5. I think they spoke to Sam originally but then went off in search of Simon. I got talking to them and they said that their car was Simon’s first sale and heaped much gratitude and appreciation for everything that was done for them. I agreed with them of course from my own experiences. They caught up with Simon and were having a great catch-up. That alone sums up what I and others think of your amazing dealership. Thank you.

Pleasant, efficient, honest and effective.

I am 62 and consider myself a wise old man. I’ve bought many cars in my time from many dealers, some good and some not so good. But I honestly have to say if you are thinking of getting a great car with a great deal then you are at the right place with T W White and sons.
This is at the very top of my list and I know it never has nor never will beaten, past nor future.
Humair and has team went way above and beyond with me and my purchase.it was so unbelievable that I actually thought it was a scam.they say if it’s to good to be true then it is. This experience will stay with me until the grim reaper gets me.
Humair you and your dad are two very special people. Take care of your dad and my deepest apologies for what happened when we exchanged cars.

Another great service from TW White and Sons! What is there not to like? Quick and easy booking a service with very polite and courteous staff, and that's after TW White had sent me a reminder - thank you! Next, I am fortunate enough for the lovely Humair to pick up my car on the day of service and return when finished. It's a total game changer.

We purchased used Mazda from T W White& Sons, and we were so positively surprised by the customer service we received. Aaron went above and beyond explaining the whole process of buying& selling ( as we did part exchange), the car was super clean, he went with us to a petrol station, showing us on the way what's what in the car, organised for us Road tax and even 5 day insurance. I purchased a Mazda CX-30 from TW White & Sons Orpington. I worked with Stuart Tickner and his colleagues throughout the process. I think they did a really good job. I knew what car I wanted and contacted dealerships up and down the country, and, honestly, it felt like Stuart and his colleagues were the only people interested in making a sale. Most dealerships didn't bother contacting me back, but I was supported throughout the process here, and was happy to make a purchase through this dealership.

I was offered the usual addons you would expect from a dealership in 2026, e.g. GAP insurance, ceramic coating, but I never felt like I'd been pressured into it.

The finance offer was very good and I was supported throughout, even after changing the spec I was going for. I got good advice about what to do with my previous car in terms of trade ins, etc, too. I really couldn't ask for more and I'll likely bring my car back here for service if it's not too much hassle.

The only odd part is that my car didn't come with floor mats and no arrangement was made to get them to me at a later date. Feels like an oversight rather than malice or a failure to provide a service though, and I've not chased it.

I can’t speak highly enough of them. They went out of their way to help me get the exact car I wanted. Exceptional service.
