The staff are welcoming with a smile and have the patience. They gave me all the alternatives and allowed me to choose what I needed. All my questions were answered. Big up to Daniel Barron, he has always done a great job👏🏾as this was the second encounter I met him, even with my first car he assisted me. I was offered refreshments.

Staff made whole experience easy, even when issue over registration with DVLA, which was not their fault. Knowledgeable staff with 'no pressure' sales approach.
Would have been 5* but for some minor issues with the quality of the internal valet which were not noticed at the time; I live 65 miles away from them so easier to sort myself.

Purchasing our new car was an exceptionally smooth and enjoyable experience, thanks to Geoff’s outstanding customer service. From the very beginning, Geoff’s relaxed and friendly approach made a real difference. He took his time with us, answered every question with confidence, and at no point did we feel under pressure to make a purchase. His knowledge was genuinely impressive and it gave us complete confidence in our decision.
The car arrived earlier than expected and Geoff kept us fully updated at every stage of the process. When it was time to collect the vehicle (which had been prepared for us and was absolutely spotless), he spent as long as we needed walking us through all the features and technology, making sure we felt comfortable before driving away.
Overall, it was an easy, stress free experience from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Geoff as an experienced and trustworthy salesperson, and I will be returning to him for my next purchase, without a doubt.

This is the 2nd Suzuki we’ve bought from this dealership. Previous one was 6 years ago but one of the salesmen remembered us! This time we were supported by Geoff who was, friendly, knowledgeable, impartial, informative & everything positive. I highly recommend T.W. White, they are different to any other we’ve dealt with over many years & we travel for 1.5 hours to go there! There is absolutely no pressure to buy & questions are answered honestly. We agreed on a vehicle & during the period we waited they noted a slight damage & ensured it was fixed. However, meanwhile, another vehicle came in that we were interested in. Geoff, had both vehicles ready to drive away so that we could choose when we got there. Although one was considerably more expensive Geoff did not encourage us to buy that one. He just pointed out the pros & cons of both! We bought the more expensive one. We will always stick with Suzuki & will only use T.W. White.

Dealt with Matt and Geoff when buying my car in Feb, Geoff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Took his time to to go through parts of the car and explain the workings. Matt dealt with the money side. Again, explained everything in understandable terms, in buying options, extended warranty, different insurances etc. Very professional and made the whole experience go smooth and easy.
