Great customer service in relation to a great product
T W White is excellent. A small dealership operation, with an evident focus on delivering a great quality product in a very approachable and friendly way. I bought my new Mazda MX-5 from them in April 2026. The process through initial visit, test drive, decision, purchase and collection was straightforward, informed and friendly. A brief follow-up visit to rectify a small issue was smooth and very well-handled.

Excellent Service
I have been using TW White in Bookham for many years both for purchasing cars and servicing. I have always experienced excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. I would like to mention the young lad who collected and delivered my mx5 after its service who was a credit to the company.

My car was collected and delivered back to me and the member of staff reassured me that the screen was still as I like it. Car drives fine.
