I have used Trademark Plus legal services for both the registration of my business name and logo. Without exception, they responded with substance and promptness whenever I had a need or query. They demonstrated a clear and detailed understanding of the process. Although this was my first time registering a trademark, their adept handling of the individual steps enabled a relatively anxiety-free filing process.

I’m new to the business world and have no experience with legal nomenclature, so naturally when trying to register my business name I had a lot of questions and I must have called these guys around 20 times going back and forth with different questions, and every time I called with a new question they were very helpful and patient, helping me get my trademark. I felt a little bad that I had called so many times that when I called I no longer had to introduce myself because they had learned the sound of my voice and knew who it was.
I check out the other trademark companies too before going with this company, and they all did not include the free search that these guys do, and they did a really good job with searching for me too. Over all the fact that they took the time to sort of tutor me over the phone, and the fact that they are the least expensive and at the same time offer a free search definitely made this company the one to go to.

I have always found Trademark Plus to be honest, friendly and very knowledgeable about trademarks. I have sent several of my friends to them without hesitation that they would exceed expectations.

best service I received, the processed my application in timely manner, all went exactly as they say on their web site, I had to add more in for to my application so I sent email, I received unexpected immediate response (at around 9 pm) all was done fast, very reliable and helpful customer service, I certainly recommend this one highly and I will be back whenever I need such service, also I have to mention, you cant beat the price

Usually when you have to ask a lot of questions over the phone people get aggravated and start giving you an attitude. But Allen did not. He was super nice and helpful. He tried helping me with the best route to take and gave me more information than I expected. Great telephone communication. :)

The initial filing was somewhat uneventful.
In fact I made some suggestions to the team at Trademark Plus that could have made it even easier (sometimes just a little more info goes a long way).
The US Trademark office takes a long time to process things so when they contacted me some 3 months later, my request for a trademark was a distant thought.
Then I read the correspondence. Rejected! I read further - it seemed as though their rejections were minor and I could understand their reasoning but wasn't sure how to file my rebuttal. If I didn't attempt to change their mind it would have been akin to me taking the money for the filing fee and setting it on fire instead of trying to get a trademark.
Here's where Trademarks Plus became my heroes. I couldn't even remember their company name - I had to look for them from old emails. Once I found the support dept. email from months prior, I forwarded the rejection letter with a half-hearted plea for any advise they could throw my way. What I expected was a reply with a dollar amount that I'd need to pay before they'd lend any assistance.
What I got was that unexpectedly great experience. A member of their support staff, Alan Roberts deciphered the rejection letter, wrote me an email that asked a couple clarification questions - then he went as far as to complete the online rebuttal and request for a supplemental registration FOR ME. AT NO EXTRA CHARGE!!!!!
I can't possibly give these folks a higher recommendation. I went with them because they were a little bit cheaper than others. I'm staying with them because I can't imagine any other company being better at this. Thank you Trademarks Plus
