Trademark Plus is a scam!
They charged me $200 for a trademark plus a search. I received a confirmation email with my order number within 24 hours, but after that, NOTHING. I gave them the benefit of doubt, but after four months of no contact, I gave up. I called them, but it's just a voicemail. I wrote both of their emails, with no response. After 4 months, I contacted my credit card and got my money back. I am now going to a trusted company like legal zoom. I know they are legit.

This company is absolutely useless !I have paid 69 $ to register a trademark and received an email from them saying I will shortly receive an email from uspto to complete my registration but when I did not receive the email I sent them an email asking for some information such as application # or filing receipt etc so I could follow up I never received a reply from them and sent yet another email and still nothing .It seemed cheap at first but 69 $is now down the drain which means I must apply again with another company.I would warn anybody to stay away from this company and choose maybe some other website that charges a little more

Scam! They charge your card for a set price THEN after email you with more fees. This is underhanded. TELL PEOPLE THE FULL COST AT CHECKOUT. THIS IS WRONG!

this is a scam, what they do is take your money and do few jobs, think about get 45$ x 5000 = 225k this is not a company just a couple of guys hiring offshore cheap labor to respond to the email they get, is there way to complain about this? i paid 45$ now 4 months i only get 3-4 email asking unrelated questions

so far, so very good! Just in the waiting phase now. Anytime I had a ?, it was answered. Easy to do....... very excited about this.

Trademark Plus has given me terrible customer service. They never answer emails and they never never answer the phone. I have no idea what the status of my trademark application is. Do NOT trust this company.

Scam! please don't waste your money on this "service" Paid $45.00 to obtain a trademark (which i thought was very cheap by the way) after purchasing, i got an email stating that,that was the payment to start the process to get the trademark .then ,they were charging me $275.00 to "cover filing fee".. they never stated that in the website and i've called at least 6 times and i don't get an answer, goes straight to voicemail..

REQUIRED STEPS FOR COMPLETING THE TRADEMARK FILING:

Step 1: Review and E-Sign the Application
You will receive a separate email from ********with a link to review and electronically sign the application. If you need to make any changes, please let us know and we’ll revise it. There is a 14-day time limit to electronically sign the application. If 14 days pass, you’ll need to request new link.


Step 2: Paying the USPTO Government Filing Fee
Upon signing the application you will receive an email with a specific link to pay the USPTO government filing fee of $275 to cover for at least one class of goods/services.


Step 3: Receive Filing Confirmation
Receive final e-mail to confirm the filing with application serial number. It will then take about three months for the USPTO to examine the application.

Trademark Plus seems to be run by bots. Stupid Bots. Stupid Bots that don't answer emails. Stupid Bots that will help you spend over $800 of your money and not result in a successful trademark application.

My company paid for two trademark applications through Trademark Plus. One was for a stylized mark and the other for the same name, but a character mark. The first was submitted about 2 months before the other. We included the extra fee for a Federal trademark search suggested by Trademark Plus to ensure no conflicts.

After submitting the applications, Trademark Plus sent us two reports resulting from their "Federal Trademark Search". Both said the marks were free from any conflicts. Their exact statement was:

"The examining agent has searched the United States Patent and Trademark Office records and has found no direct conflict of registered or pending mark under Tradesmark Act Section 2(d), 15 U.S.C. 1052(d). TMEP 1207.1 et seq.".

After waiting three months for the first stylized mark to be reviewed by the USPTO, we received a response only hours after being assigned to a USPTO patent attorney. That has to be a world record. It was flatly rejected due to a conflict. Not having submitted a trademark before, we did some research. Once we had a better understanding, it was clear that the most basic search should have showed a conflict, but Trademark Plus found nothing.

Given what we know now, we realize our second character mark application will suffer the same fate. Money flushed down the toilet.

Secondly, the process of filling out the application on the Trademark Plus website walks you through what information to fill in. Before and after filling out the application, Trademark Plus leads the applicant to believe that the application is being checked for accuracy and completeness. That is not the case. In our case, it was not pointed out that the proper taxonomy for goods and services for my applied class was not used. It was very apparent that no one looked at our applications. That was the secondary, but not fatal rejection of our application.

I've sent Trademark Plus numerous emails and have received no response. Apparently that is their customer service mode of operation.

Stay away from Trademark Plus. You'll have more satisfaction taking a stack of money out to your back parking lot and lighting it on fire.

I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for an order that was supposed to arrive in the mail. I tried emailing them three times, and called several times. Their phone goes straight to voicemail, and they have not responded to a single email.

This company is terrible at responding to inquiries. I have been trying to get the process moving on my trademark for over a month now and they haven't responded to a single email.

Never replied back to my email. I sent 3 emails and never received a response. I'm not sure whether my application is under process or not. If trademark Plus is monitoring this review, I would appreciate if they could get back to me with a meaningful update.

I sent my 5th message, but after 5 days later I still have not got back from Trademark Plus.

I have literally owned my own businesses for over 30 years . To me , the professional and personal touch is first and foremost . Trademark Plus , goes above and beyond. They answered questions that they did not even have to answer . And what a fast response ! So different from the world that we live in today . They are old school . I highly recommend them . As you can see , I'm highly impressed and just left me with a good feeling . Sometimes, it's the little thing in life .

My husband and I are new to the trademark world, Trademark Plus has been the best experience! I would recommend this company to anyone. Everything has been simplified and overall just easy to work with them. Customer Service is 100, I would recommend TrademarkPlus to anyone looking for assistance.

I dont usually write reviews on companies, but I had to take a moment and thank Trademark Plus for helping me trademark my first business name! From start to finish the entire staff has been supportive along the way. In particular Alan was very helpful. Their pricing was very good compared to a lawyer. It was very easy and affordable to file my new trademark. They provide the excellent customer service i received. Thank u again.

I paid good money for them to process my trademark and now they have completely disappeared no return phone calls or emails it's as if they are not in business any longer and I can't reach them very unprofessional very disappointing

I had an issue with my order with Trademark Plus that they resolved in a timely manner. I would work with them again.
