Simply AMAZING!!! I had an half-hour conversation with Kasa and she answered all my questions. She was very honest about the cost and process to file my trademark. I had contacted several other companies but they didn't match the level of expertise that these folks had. I am confident in their service to file my trademark. Kasa put my worries at ease and they can help you too. Don't hesitate a second longer, call them and find out how they can help you too.

I have been trying to contact this company from Early August. It is almost October and absolutely no response. I have attempted to reach by phone and sent multiple emails.

This is unacceptable and will have to follow up with necessary action. You do NOT take customer's money and not provide service. When I was emailed for more information, I responded within a timely fashion. Why am I not granted the same respect for my time?

Word of mouth is the best advertisement. I just had two individuals asked me about trademark services and definitely shared my experience thus far with this company. Extremely dissatisfied.

Alan was splendid to work with. When we first started in the filing stage we ran into some issues that Alan was quick to help with and help us better understand the entire process. He was patient to answer any questions that came up and we had plenty. I highly recommend for anyone trying to trademark something to go with TrademarkPlus!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE!!!

I have called and emailed them several times in order to see why I haven't gotten anything back from them confirming my trademark. This is insane to me that they say they have excellent customer service but their phone number goes straight to voicemail and you are unable to leave a message. I am extremely upset that they refuse to contact me back and there is no possible way to get a refund. This is a terrible scam and super unhelpful for those trying to trademark their logos. I can not recommend more that you do not use this site.

The trademark filing process was easy and quick...in a few days I had my trademark name cleared and filed. Thank you for the fast and professional service!

I don't always write reviews but I was very impressed by their service from start to finish. I just got my registration and I'm so excited. I'm a small business owner and Trademark Plus has shown they care about me and my business. When I received a letter from the government office about my trademark I was overwhelmed by what they were asking. I contacted Trademark Plus and they knew exactly what needed to be done and took care of it right there. Thank you and I highly recommend them!

They made an error in filing my trademark and put the wrong category. I have contacted them repeatedly via phone and their website contact form over the last several weeks and they can't be bothered to respond. I need the trademark error fixed before it becomes permanent yet can't get them to get back to me about it.

It looks like their excellent customer service from last year is a thing of the past. Now they don't answer their phone, answer their emails or help their customers. Shame on you, trademarkplus!

I will update this review if they contact me.

As you can see from their response below they did contact me - not from any of my emails or calls (which they never mentioned or even apologized for not responding to) but because of my bad review here on TrustPilot.

My response to their response is - if you knew my category selection was too broad at the beginning then why didn't you say anything to me before you filed it so it could have been resolved at the start instead of making me chase you down to get it changed?

As promised I am updating my rating because of their response and changing it from 1 star to 2 stars. If they had apologized for anything - for not responding to any of my emails or calls over the course of several weeks, for my inconvenience of having to track them down, for knowing there was something wrong with the category but not getting it correct before the form was submitted - instead of blaming me for a 'broad description' it would have been higher.

It doesn't say in their marketing that you still have to pay $275+ to trademark through the government. I can do that directly with the government. What is this company's purpose except to take my money?

I've been trying to reach them by phone. They never answer. I've called several times.

I've sent in an email on their website contact form 6 days ago. No response.

I would recommend just filing directly with the government. It's the same price.

These guys are the trademark people if you're looking for a good service, support and affordable rates. Don't let their pricing deter you - these guys are really good at what they do! They provided excellent customer support throughout the filing process. TrademarkPlus made it easy from start to finish for me. After filing the trademark application they were there for me to help me thru some bumps along the way in getting my trademark. They were able to rescue my rejected application. I submitted my standard mark application online and a few minutes after, I had e-mailed them to ask to put my application on hold while I consult an attorney. It was a Saturday afternoon and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a response from Alan within minutes! They were very knowledgeable and helpful and provided everything I needed to proceed with my application immediately. I couldn't be happier and am extremely impressed with their response time, professionalism, and friendliness. I even needed an attorney referral and they said they'd have someone call me on Monday. Three days before I contacted Trademark Plus about my three trademarks, I had already submitted another trademark with LegalZoom. I worked with LegalZoom on my LLC and since I already had an account set up I went ahead and used them on the first trademark. What a mistake!

Here it is one week later and I have just now received my search results from LegalZoom. Furthermore they have yet to do the Logo search (personally I think they screwed up and forgot the logo search). I was just off the phone with them to find out what was going on.

They just sent me a pile of PDFs and told me to go hire a trademark attorney for advice on the search results. Of course they would, that is another revenue stream for them. At least Trademark Plus gave an educated (but not legal binding) summary of the results.

I am so disgusted with LegalZoom and I told them so on the phone today. I told them I used Trademark Plus service for less than have their cost and I have the three applications already submitted to the USPTO in less than half the time that they are taking for one trademark.

I'll never go back to LegalZoom again for trademarks now that we have found Trademark Plus. I could not recommend them more.
