The company is a sham and fraudulent and the service provided was non existent. After taking initial payment, the requested information was not received and all correspondence remained unanswered. I should have read the reviews before placing an order and would advise anybody thinking of using this company - to look elsewhere. I will be taking steps to recover the fee paid. An absolute disgrace.

They have received my money for deeds and have not sent them. I believe that fraud.

We had a dead line to meet to provide details for a plot a line, We heard nothing in nearly 3weeks, not even a receipt of payment!!! now we've forfeited an opportunity to appea nowl for said land !

Stupid stupid me! In a hurry didnt notice it was a sponsored website but thought peculiar because I have used the Gov site before and its £3.

This should be a no star review, as they took £74 for something that’s available on registers of Scotland for £3. They did not even deliver the papers.
AVOID!!!

I was in a hurry, didn't realise I could get the same paperwork form the Government site. £17.94 from these people. £3 from the official Land Registry site. Please do not waste your money on these people.

This is not Land Registry.
There are lots of companies of this type but there is no need for them.
Use only the official gov.uk website. Easy to find.

Scam - no telephone number and I haven't received the deeds been waiting 5 weeks . Did complain by email - still nothing ... don't waste your money .

Documents arrived a week after ordering as had been sent to wrong email address, this was likely a typing error on my part but it took me 6 attempts at contacting them to receive any sort of reply.
I have now received the documents, however I have paid 12 times what I would have paid had I gone straight to HM Land Registry. I mistakenly thought this was an official site but it isn’t.

Wish I could leave no stars. As per most people who have placed reviews, I also have not received my documents, and have had no replies to my emails. Unfortunately there is no phone number to ring. This company is nothing more than a scam, and google should by now be aware of this, and take them off their website.

Tried to use them, but after having doubts, I checked further and found that the details I wanted were directly available from the correct gov.uk site for 1/12 of the price that I thought I had paid Land Search-online. Then the Land search-online site complained that my card had been declined. Clearly there is a guardian looking after me! The Land Registry was almost instant service, from order to document available.

Absolute con, paid £107, a month later never received anything, didn’t answer email, there phone number is disconnected, tried to claim money back no answer!,

CON! These people are dishonest and only send you the basic title register that you can get from Land Registry for £4. They are thieves!!!!

Do not expect to receive any further info than that to be found on th Gov.Uk site. despite professional and suggestive website.

Wish I had read these reviews before using these scammers. Needed title deeds urgently. Didn’t know how to obtain them so Googled it and up popped these guys. Website looks great and comprehensive and a 1 hour response was quoted. Paid £41.00 for the documents I needed. Three hours later, nothing. They had not taken the payment so requested cancellation to the specific email address stated, no response. Next day still no documents but they took payment so requested a refund, no response. Requested a refund via the webform and they said the documents has been sent so no refund due. Checked Inbox, Junk Mail, Spam and Trash folders. Nothing. Received all their other emails though saying i wasn’t going to get a refund. Then found out that the documents I needed were on the gov.uk site for just £6.00.

Provided nothing other than what was freely available on gov websites even though they promise more. AVOID

Having previously written a scathing review about our treatment by this company I have to in all truth say the documents eventually arrived. Not being able to contact the company by phone does set alarm bells ringing and makes you feel like it’s a scam. Customer service needs to be reviewed

I'd already paid when I read the reviews so was a bit worried. However, they came through. I needed some original copies of my deeds and I got everything I needed including the conveyancing maps that were all original docs including signatures.
