MANO MANO CANNOT BE RELIED UPON FOR THE ITEM THEY SELL TO BE ACCURATE OR EVEN NEWLY PACKAGED.

ORDERED A HORIZONTAL RADIATOR ON THE 28TH...EXPECTED DELIVERY FOR THE 1ST OR 2ND AND ARRIVED ON THE 5TH. CALLED UP MANO MANO THEY BLAME TOUCH GLOBAL!! THIS IS WHERE THINGS BECOME VERY DIFFICULT BECAUSE NO ONE ACCEPTS THE BLAME AND IM LEFT HANGING IN A COLD HOUSE!!! HOLDING THE WRONG RADIATOR...ITS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!

ON THE 8TH AFTER GETTING RID OF THE PACKAGE I AM ABOUT TO INSTALL. ITS NOT A HORIZONTAL BUT A VERTICAL RADIATOR WHICH TOUCH GLOBAL SENDS ME. IM NOW FURIOUS BECAUSE IT'S MY ONE DAY OFF WORK TO INSTALL THE RADIATOR AND ITS WRONG!!!

CALL UP TOUCH GLOBAL WHO THEN DECIDES TO USE TACTICS IN FORCING ME TO KEEP THE ITEM STATING THAT THE PACKAGING WAS THROWN SO THEY WONT TAKE BACK THE ITEM AND ALSO ACCUSING ME THAT I HAVE USED THE ITEM WHEN I DONT EVEN HAVE THE VALVES UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY.....ALL I WAS ABOUT TO DO WAS HANG AND PREP.

THIS IS THE KIND OF COMPANY YOU SHOULD AVOID. THEY HAVE INCONVIENCED ME BY DELIVERING LATE...COSTING ME A DAYS PAY ON THE 2ND WHEN THEY DIDN'T EVEN DELIVER ON THE 1ST OR THE 2ND! IT WEREN'T UNTIL THE 5TH THAT THE ITEM SHOWED UP WHEN I WAS PULLING UP ON MY DRIVE SO I COULD HAVE MISSED THE DELIVERY AS WELL HAD I DECIDED TO MAKE ANOTHER STOP SOMEWHER ELSE. NO ONE FROM TOUCH GLOBAL OR MANO MANO CONTACTED ME TO ADVISE THAT THE RADIOTOR WOULD BE LATE ON DELIVERY. THEN WHEN I CALLED TO SAY ITS WRONG TOUCH GLOBAL DIDN'T EVEN CONSIDER THAT THEY DELIVERED LATE AND THAT THE MISSING PACKAGING SHOULD NOT EVEN BE CONDIDERED A PROBLEM. BUT NOOOOO, INSTEAD TOUCH GLOBAL USES THE MISSING PACKAGE "SPILL" AS AN EXCUSE SO THAT THEY CAN REFUSE DOWNRIGHT TO REFUND OR SEND THE RIGHT ITEM. THEY DECIDED WITHOUT CONSIDERATION; THAT I WILL NOT BE REFUNDED AND THAT I WILL HAVE TO THEN KEEP THE RADIATOR WHICH THEY, SENT INCORRECTLY.

I CAN ONLY WARN AGAINST PRUCHASING FROM TOUCH GLOBAL VIA MANO MANO ( WHICH IS ALSO AS BAD) AS YOU WILL NOT BE COMPENSATED OR CONSIDERED EVEN WHEN THEY MESSED UP BY SENDING THE WRONG ITEM AND DELIVERING YOUR GOODS WHEN THEY THINK IT SOULD BE DELIVERED AND NOT WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DELIVERED.

TO MAKE MATTERS FINANCIALLY WORSE @ MY END, AFTER HAVING EXPLAINED THAT I MISSED WORK AND OVERTIME IN ORDER TO BE HOME FOR THE DELIVERY, TOUCH GLOBAL DIDNT EVEN CARE! THE AGENT @ TOUCH GLOBAL THEN SUGGESTS THAT I FORK OUT ANOTHER £152 AND PURCHASE THE CORRECT ITEM WHEN THEY WERE THE ONES WHO SENT ME THE WRONG RADIATOR IN THE 1ST PLACE!!! I BARKED:" WHERE WAS I SUPPOSED TO GET MORE MONEY WHEN I'VE ALREADY MISSED WORK AND LOST SUBSTANTIAL EARNINGS FOR CHRISTMAS BECAUSE OF THEIR UTTER INCOMPETENCE??? "

I WOULD SAY IT ONE LAST TIME ...TOUCH GLOBAL AND MANO MANO ARE AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE AND YOU WOULD REGRET BUYING FROM EITHER!

Problem with leopard helmet and speaker.

So I ordered a leopard motorcycle helmet August last year and unfortunately the left speaker will starting to crackle.

I phoned up customer services and because it was out of warranty I had to pay £15 for a new one which is to be expected. Daedas pasta and the part arrived the next day and works perfectly.

From looking at past reviews there seems to be a lot of problems around the radiator side of the business, but in regards to the motorcycle helmets I have no complaints at all.

Don't use this company they rip people…

Don't use this company they rip people off. Disgusting !!! I returned three radiators got a signed POD and they are saying they have not received them. I am now taking it to court. Nearly £500.00 of my money down the toilet. Don't Use I would have given them no stars.
Has anyone else had this Problem ?

I wish I had checked trust pilot.
I brought a replacement awning cover via amazon from this company. Omg, claimed it was 3.2m wide. It was just under 2.5m and with a hole in the awning. They also hide all their 1 star reviews on amazon.
I am in the process in my nightmare journey with them. I have also sent them photos proving their bad item.
Please do not buy from this company, also after reading trust pilot please check them on other sites like ebay ect.

Awning

Like one or two others, bought a very reasonably priced awning via ManoMano. One of the nuts attaching the folding arm to the front bar appeared 'cross-threaded' so wouldn't tighten. It turned out the bolt was actually bent. Touchglobal responded quickly to my email complaint. I hoped for a replacement bolt, but they don't do spare parts and offered me a £15 refund to 'go and buy one'. Not so simple, as the 'bolt' was actually part of a specialised casting. Taking the awning down and sending it back would have been a real hassle. Touchglobal reluctantly agreed to increase their offer to £25. Fortunately I enjoyed the DiY challenge of creating an invisible work-around for the cost of some stainless washers, and apart from those faults (effectively, 2 loose nuts - the one on the other arm wouldn't tighten either) the awning seems good for the price. But very dissatisfied with customer service - very impersonal. It seemed they were only interested in selling, no interest in quality control let alone customer satisfaction.

Worst customer service ever!!

Trading as cindyonline on eBay. Multi fuel burning stove delivered with out of line door hinges and a bent brass spindle. Offered £15 then £30 then £45 discount to repair a cast iron stove. They must think I’m a welder!! It took 12 days and numerous emails to get it collected. Cannot fault eBay though. The fault was all with Touch Global.

A wholly appalling experience. Firstly a fault item was delivered followed by a series of emails telling me that they will send a video of how to fix the issue.

Having not received any video, l requested an exchange or partial refund.

Then back and forth over email with growing frustration as my emails were obviously not being read, or understood.

Explained that l would be happy with an exchange with delivery and collection only for a collection only to be arranged.

Reviewing other comments it was clear that getting the replacement would be more of my time chasing before it was sent (or in some cases not sent at all).

Again, contact with the company was fruitless.

In the end I had to ask my bank to step in and they reversed the charges.

Poor quality goods, poor customer service.

Bought a designer bathroom radiator…

Bought a designer bathroom radiator from then via ebay, when opened the packaging the radiator was damaged and had damage that was touched in with a paint brush, no sensible offer to resolve the problem, and had the cheek to offer £5 partial refund for the damage as compensation, wouldn't use this company again, would avoid them.

Utterly Shocking

Bought an awning through ManoMano which arrived damaged and just as the other reviewers have said, they have done their best to avoid their legal responsibilities. Without inspecting it, theur 'engineer' stated that the damage would have no impact on the usage, so obviously I should be happy with installing a visibly damaged awning. They offered £10 then £20 then £30 as compensation for a damaged item. They will not refund or replace the item until after their courier has picked it up (Monday - Friday office hours only) and that means I will get neither.
Always buy with a credit card, at least you can claim back on that.
4.3.21 I've just been informed that they have issued me with a full refund after I had to take a day off work for the courier to collect it, I'll update if it clears my account.

Great customer service

So I bought a radiator from these guys on eBay through their KBStar2006 profile. The radiator looked great and it came within 3 days (considering the current climate was brill) but had a small defect in the paintwork around the air vent which started to rust and get bigger causing a leak.
I contacted them and spoke to Megan, she was really helpful and asked me to send a few images of it through email - they ended up sending me out a new radiator within a few days with no hesitation.
Perfect customer service from my experience and the radiator is working and looks great.

Dreadful experience

Radiator which cost £189 lasted approximately 6 weeks before it pinholed damaging some of my laminate flooring in the process. I was offered a replacement but they refused to contribute anything towards the installation cost or the damaged flooring. I had a refund instead. I will not use them again.

Totally unhelpful

I found this company totally unhelpful. I have a Leopard 1000 36v quadbike for my son which i brought secondhand back in September last year. Which he absolutely loves. It now needs some new parts, which im very happy to pay for but they will not supply them because i don't have the original order for it . I feel totally let down .

PATHETIC COMPANY WITH ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Absolutely disgusting service bought parasol from these incompetent bunch took 3 weeks to arrive instead of 3 days when I do all chasing it finally arrived box ripped to bits patched up with different tape & when I opened half the parts were missing and a hole in canopy, then just to make matters worse they offered me £10 compansation and except it. Please AVOID these cowboys.

Terrible 😞

Actually recommended to me. First radiator was delivered early but the packaging was kicked to bits. Actually had boot marks on it. Unacceptable. Scratched radiator panel. Offered £15 refund to keep it. Then spent 3 days asking how you exchange? Thankfully the panel can be turned. Normally I would exchange but I have the plumber booked. Never, ever again. Honestly, although I saved £40 on each radiator I don’t think it was worth it for the woeful delivery, lack of care, thoughtless customer service and disinterested demeanour. Stay clear.

Faultless First Class Service.

We placed an order which was promptly delivered in good order, however, after been let down by a different company, this order was no longer required. We returned the item and promptly received a full refund. Therefore, we received a faultless first class service from Touch Global.

AVOID

AVOID. bought 2 awnings and covers @£460 3 wks ago. The instructions are for units already pre-dressed with fabric. The fabric came separately in a bag with no instructions. Spent £36 on thin rods to work out my own instructions plus half a day’s labour for workmen. Touch Global offered me £8 compensation then £20. I feel I am dealing with 2 guys working from their garden shed, their customer services is APPALLING. Emails are coming in at 3.30 am so certainly not UK. Still back and forward with them, have told them to come and take them away as still not up. What this company doesn’t realise is I am reporting them to Trading Standards and as I paid by credit card I will get my money back.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I have had nothing but issues with this company since day one. Purchased an awning on their garden division ‘Castelli outlet’.. where do I begin?!!!

- I did not receive an order confirmation. Only a PayPal receipt. I had to call to confirm my order has gone through and obtain a delivery date.

- Item arrived damaged and in poor condition. Also wrongly advertised! The awning was missing features from what they advertised on their own website

- I experienced the world’s WORST customer service by numerous advisers via email and phone. They admitted fault but made it IMPOSSIBLE to return for an exchange or refund. Refused to follow normal procedures for returning a wrongly sent item never mind faulty and unusable due to being damaged

- by nature these awnings are huge and Extremely heavy items requiring large amounts of packaging and specialist couriers/ delivery trucks. Not easy (to say the least!!) to arrange a return as a consumer and they refused to assist in the process despite them being 100000 % at fault.

-After months of being fobbed off and spoken to to like trash by the company... my patience with them has been exhausted. Luckily I paid via PayPal using my credit card. So I opened a dispute with my credit card company

- my credit card company reviewed all evidence I provided, took my side and gave me a full refund

- the awning is literally unusable and is only fit for scrap metal

OVERALL - I Chose to purchase through Castelli outlet/touch global due to their cheap prices and fast delivery during lockdown. Wow do I regret it! Please Do not make my mistake and go for cheap as you 100% get what you pay for and their customer service/after sales is worse than non-existent.

Shocking company

Shocking company. Delivered radiator which was 70mm off from top to bottom, bent like a banana. Obviously no quality control. Wanted me to keep it for 50% refund, as if a bent non working radiator is anything but scrap. Made the returns process as hard and painful as possible as it was my fault for wanting to exchange a duff product. I am a days wages short waiting for them to pick up and the plumbers need to be rescheduled at extra cost and I still have no radiator and no refund. Lesson learnt - you pay cheap you get cheap, Buying from here is like buying a lottery ticket so ask yourself first - do I feel lucky

NON DELIVERY - NON REFUND

My husband ordered some metal shelvesb(£37approx) for his office from Touch Global via EBay. They have never arrived or was there any attempted delivery, this company refuses to refund the money or to deliver the products. Delivery was arranged with Yodel and on the Yodel website it shows as 2 attempted deliveries and delivered, but this is not correct and I have requested proof of delivery. Feed back from Touch Global has been extremely poor and this has been ongoing over 1 month. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
