terrible company. I bought a gazebo frame 17 days ago, and in the beginning they told me it was delayed. After many phone calls, they sent the wrong replacement, and in the end, they claimed it was not coming from their company (the wrong replacement) but from another company.
Most of the eBay email replays are coming from customer service in China and are making false claims on eBay. call many times on the UK phone, and they keep playing games. I had to make a complaint with Money Claim UK and Trading Standards. Up until today, no money back or correct gazebo

Order cock up again!!!
We are a small business. I ordered 10,000 sheets of A4 address label paper as we had run out. This should come in 10x boxes of 1000. Monday we received 1x box which had a label on saying 1 of 1. Which means they haven't even sent the remaining 9x boxes! This is the 2nd time we have had problems with this company on the same product. The previous order we ordered the same 10,000 sheets and they sent 100! What is going on? Messaged everyday since Monday and we still haven't had a response from the company!

AVOID this company. I bought a parasol from Ebay from them, It came missing an important piece and also missing the parasol cover that they advertise comes with it, They then asked me to send them photos of the missing pieces !!!!!!!!!!
After 5 or 6 days of messages going back and forth over the same complaint they eventually sent me the piece that was missing but not the cover saying that "it doesnt come with the parasol you ordered". Absolutely shocking sales and false advertising.
Ebay have been informed and will watch this for the same complaints

Avoid this company at all costs and also under the names is goes by on Amazon - TG Outlet and on e-bay - KB star. My plumber purchased 10 flat panel radiators of various dimension through their e-bay outlet in Dec 2019 and installed them. I was happy with their appearance although there were some minor bubbles and scratches in the coating. The radiators were and still are being sold with a 15 year guarantee. By Spring 2022 (ie. 2.5 years) 5 of them had badly corroded. All in exactly the same place at the upper left bleed valve causing rusting, coating cracking and peeling. There is obviously a manufacturing problem. My plumber contacted Touchglobal. They were very unresponsive and, after asking for photos of all the damage and locations of the radiators, refused to do anything claiming my plumber hadn't returned a guarantee card (which he never received) so I only qualified for the standard yearly guarantee which had expired. There are identical problems in the feedback on Amazon for TG outlet. Even with the 15 year guarantee - a refusal to replace the radiators. I am furious as the damage is getting worse and I am faced with botching an anti rust paint job as I cannot afford to replace them again. Please don't get caught out by these rouge traders!
Deception and poor quality
Deception and poor quality. Bought an NRG radiator from them as it stated clearly in bullet points on Amazon ' all radiators come with 15 year guarantee'. After less than 2 years one of the panels was pouring out water ( corroded and split) and flooded my lounge below. The hole in the radiator was large. I called them and they were not interested stating the guarantee was 1 year only - unless I had found a form on the back of instructions to extend it. I did not install it as the plumber did so would not have even seen this. ( they know this!). Told them about the deception in the Amazon description but they are not interested. Avoid. Con people selling atrocious quality. Oh by the way they don't heat the room very well either.

Ordered a radiator was in for about 3 months before noticing the carpet was wet where the vertical radiator was dripping from one of the panels. Looking at it the welding on it was non existent. The company have asked me to send radiator back at my own cost. Mano Mano have chased them but can’t get a reply. Reading other comments doesn’t look like it’s worth the hassle just wish I read up in them before hand .
1 star is far too many
Odered a radiator via eBay costing £192 with 15 year guarantee to replace an old leaking radiator, fast delivery and it looked great. Paid the plumber £100 to install it, it leaked. Contacted Touch Global who collected the faulty radiator and delivered a replacement. Paid the plumber another £100, this radiator also leaks. Touch Global asked me to scratch the radiator and send them photos of the damage, not sure why but I didn't do that. I was now out of 30 days time limit for eBay refund. Radiator is still installed and still leaking as I don't have another £100 to pay the plumber. PayPal no help as they won't refund until I return the radiator to seller (at my cost of £25 carriage) but I can't return the radiator as I don't have the money to pay the plumber for a 3rd time. So....I still have a leaking radiator and £400 less in my bank account.
Appalling company to try and deal with, they are in breach of UK consumer law as a leaking radiator it definitely not for for purpose!

This company collected nearly £1000 of faulty radiators from us (organised courier service without on-line tracking) and would NOT acknowledge their receipt back to Paypal. This resulted in Paypal nearly releasing the funds back to them assuming that items were not sent back. It took a great deal of effort for us to collect the evidence that they had received the faulty items back and obtain refund via Paypal & Credit card company. They then had the audacity to ask for their ebay fee to be paid.
They trade under various names on ebay.
Whilst have a UK warehouse, certain that the directors are behind ebay emails and are based in China.
Have reported their unethical conduct to ebay.
Company registered on UK Companies house with directors MEI, Shengsong Simon, HUANG, Chuo, MEI.
Faulty radiator
Avoid this company at all cost. We bought a vertical radiator from them, but the item was faulty, as it has been welded in an angle. The plumber who was going to install it said it was not possible to safety install it due to the the angle of the radiator. After many emails with the company, it is clear that they are not taking any responsibility, despite the item being faulty and not fit to purpose. We are about to start small claim proceedings against them because they keep saying it is not their responsibility and they even suggested we have done the damage ourselves by incorrect storage of the item! (How could incorrect storage affect a metal welding unless the welding was of very poor quality, which goes back to the poor quality of the item) Looking into Companies House the company is owned by Chinese people so clearly the items they sale are cheap Chinese products imported in bulk into UK, zero quality, just check the rest of the reviews. Better buy elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

Avoid this company, they seem to go by a few alias on eBay, in my case this was Cindyonline. purchased a radiator that was supposed to be vertical but the welding is so shocking on it thats its actually on a really sharp angle. When trying to communicate through ebay they tried offering £15 refund and now telling me I have to send back to them at my own cost to receive a refund and unwilling to confirm if they will re-imburse postage. This company is just a scam and would never use again!
Purchase a toilet from them
Purchase a toilet from them, which was cracked on arrival. Initially they offered a £30 refund, the toilet cost £240 ! They then refused to collect the Brocken pan, and would only collect the cistern and toilet seat. After much going backwards and forwards I did eventually get a full refund from them but was left with the disposal of the toilet pan. I then received several emails from them baggering me to rewrite the review I had left. I explained why I was unwilling to do this, and then got another email calling me a cheater and threatening To report me on Facebook ! Awfull customer service !!
Worst company ever
Absolutely shocking company bought a radiator which is faulty and they will not refund nor replace unless I spend £75 to ship it back first .. masquerading onl eBay under cindyonline and kbstar I have reported them to watchdog and taken out a small claims against them now … stay well clear
Appalling Experience
I ordered a radiator through ManoMano. It developed a small leak. The heating engineer found a small hole in a column. I sent photos and then was asked to send a video, which I did. The video showed discolouration to the pipe, a wet rag which was tied to the radiator. I received a further email which asked me
to video the actual leak in progress. The email said that without this evidence they couldn’t agree to an exchange as they would be ‘punished’ at monthly reviews. It is a slow leak that accumulates so this meant I would need to sit and wait for it to drop. l am now seeking consumer advice and replacing the radiator from a reputable company. Avoid this company at all costs. Dreadful service.
I raised a complaint and further emails from this company suggested a take a hammer or scratch it before they would replace it. I am presuming that this is so I don’t reuse it etc. I did, eventually manage to send a video showing a drip. This was not considered to be sufficient. In the end, they offered to send a replacement but only after I had sent back the existing one or badly damaged it. I tried to explain that I was not prepared to take a hammer to a radiator in situ nor was I prepared to pay for a radiator to be removed and then replaced on separate occasions as it would mean two sets of plumbing fees. In the end, I bought a new radiator from another company as I was fed up with the cycle of repetitive emails. This has been the worse customer experience that I have ever encountered.
I have since received a further communication in which I was informed that if I removed this review they would action a refund. Review is staying.
When things go wrong
When I had ordered a wood burning stove.on eBay through a German company. It was delivered by touch global UK in Lincolnshire,arrived with a broken door glass. Sent email to victorie8 in Germany vie eBay. They ordered a new one. Which arrived broken in three pieces again sent email to German firm vie eBay, they resent from touch global UK another glass panel this time properly wrapped, I didn't think much of there dispatch credentials. Scammers
Touch Global are horrendous. The company need to be on the UK Watchdog for review of scamming customers.
Bought a Radiator in November, it arrived damaged. They offered a £15 credit for me to keep the product. When refused they failed to collect on two occasions. Eventually they came at the start of January but apparently the warehouse haven't received it a week after collection?
Almost two months have passed. Mano Mano issued me a refund.
Stay Well Clear
We ordered a wall mounted electric fire. All turned up and fitted without any problem. The first time we used it with heat on the back plastic screen cracked and broke. We contacted Touch Global and they repeatedly told me that the glass front is not covered in the warranty after 3 days from delivery. I again explained that it was the internal plastic screen that had broken not the glass screen. They then started to offer me money to try and fix the problem, which we refused as this is a part required from the manufactures, which you would think they are in communication with being a seller. After many emails repeating the same thing time and time again it was clear that Touch Global were not going to give us a replacement part, new replacement fire or refund. I had also been in contact with Manomano who in all fairness were trying to get Touch Global to give us a full refund. I eventually had to tell them we were going to report them to the British Trading Standards. Manomano then stepped in and gave us a full refund which we have now received. As for Touch Global I would stay well clear.
Steer clear of these
Steer clear of these. I ordered an electric fire from these via manomano. They sent me a hammock! When I informed them them they insisted I returned the hammock before they would send me my item. 2 weeks later, despite endless emails, phone calls web chats., still no electric fire. I had little alternative but to ask for a refund.
