I can not fault Amber she done all she could for me.

I can't say the same for the car. I was told car was a day or so late as they was touching up the paint work. I don't know where as its still loads of scratches and few dents so clearly its not been done.

The car judders when going above 55/60mph so I'm guessing when they changed the tyres they didn't do wheel alignment. No boot lining so cant really use it properly. I thought it would have footwell mats but came without.

All in all the car is really poor for £5000 but the level of customer service from Amber was good.

Seem somewhat out to rip people off with iffy car work.

Would NOT recommend as disappointed with the car. Amber wasted working for them.

Amber is a star!!! Answered all of my questions. Car is as described, only issue i found was that the belly pan dropped on the first day and required fixing. Quick easy fix though. Thanks

Bought a 2010 Mazda 3 from here and the process was a dream. Rang up to enquire and was able to test drive it later that day. Amber Rodd was amazing every step of the way and was able to answer all my questions and was only a text away. She kept me up to date on all information and when the finance quote came back a little higher than what I was hoping she found another one and saved me £45 a month! Big help and couldn't have been nicer. Car drives beautifully and would definitely buy from them again.

Brought a Ford focus last week, absolutely stress free, Amber Rodd was brilliant, put up with all my questioning and queries. Even with an unavoidable issue on collection day the car was fixed up and was ready a day later. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Awful company

Brought a car during stage 1 of lockdown went into office sign the paper. Then the salesman locked up and went. The car was in poor state body work, clutch gearbox etc all worn out refused to pay the finance company after a bit of legal help I return the car . Then the manager told Me I caused all bodywork damage just be careful

I was dealing with a representative called Amber Rodd who I can honestly say looked after me from the very beginning to the very end. I live quite far from where I purchased the vehicle but I can honestly say she made it seem so easy in terms off process. She was always available via call and if she didn’t pick up she would text back straight away! I can’t recommend her service anymore it’s one of the best I’ve received this year! Especially in such times so I just wanted to take this moment to say thank you! Car is amazing by the way!

Finally got the family car I have needed during the lockdown! My sister put me in touch with world of cars as she too has a nissan Qashqai from them,very easy to chat to and find out any information required, lots of choices to choose from and the turn around was only 2 days from accepting I had the car on my doorstep,highly recommended!!

Didn't even know the place existed. Went to a large car showroom in Coventry and didn't find anything I liked. Looked on autotrader for somewhere else and found World of Cars. Best thing to happen, such a large selection of cars. You will find your next car easily, whether it's little run-around or large family car. All the staff were really nice and helpful but no pressure. We spent a while looking and settled on an Insignia. Very smooth process to buy. I drove away in comfort (and they washed it) with the reassurance that I have warranty for 3 months.

We have just brought our car after being locked down for weeks, we know that there are restrictions when out in public but right from the first phone call to collecting the car we were put at ease. We would recommend The World of cars and we love our car, thank you Amber for your service.
