AVOID.
Car was fine for the first month, until it wouldn't start at all. Been in and out garage since then and still isn't working properly.
Also bad after sale service.
Tried to get the handbook of the car for ages and Matt, the guy who sold me the car, is not even answering the phone anymore after ensuring me more times that he was going to take care of it, but he never did. Wouldn't do business with them again or reccomend.

This company is nothing but a scam they sell overpriced crap.no one wants to help sort the problems with the car im going higher to the financial ombudsman see you soon

Great customer service. Prompt service and very polite. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure my application was simple and explained everything. Delivered a fantastic car for my birthday and had no issues in the process, Easy application, smooth system of purchase. 100% recommend this company (especially the rugby branch) to anyone looking to buy a finance car. Just recently got a car from this place on finance, so quick from start to finish, I applied on the Monday and picked my chosen car up on the Saturday! Great place and easy to find, I had Amber dealing with me and she was great start to finish! Would recommend anyone to get a car from here.

I freely admit I was probably not an easy customer, managing, not intentionally, to get most things wrong that I was asked to do, but my errors and confusion were dealt with in a very pleasant and calm manner.

Absolutely appalling aftersales, disgraceful actions, and the worst service I have ever received.

I am STILL waiting on the works list undertaken on my vehicle nearly five weeks ago despite repeated requests for it. It is back in their garage for the second time since I bought it six weeks ago, they've had it for longer than I have in this time.

They are refusing to acknowledge a refund for the failed repair, instead are accusing and blaming me for "putting the wrong fuel in" despite receipt evidence this is incorrect. Surprisingly I am still waiting on THEIR receipt evidence that the fuel put in the morning of my collection was diesel.

Complaints department at Go Car Credit are now handling my case as TWOC are ignoring my calls and emails. Despicable.

Car is great, a few minor cosmetic issues with the car and the sat nav is out of date if I was to be super picky. Other than that very happy customer.
Well worth the 2 and a half hour journey.

It was significantly less stressful than I imagined. The whole process was very quick and efficient and within 3 days I had a car. Amber was very patient and knowledgeable and helped me get my head around the logistics of it. She had the car look perfect to the tiniest detail and kept me in the loop at each step of the process.
