Very good experience, full explanation of what would be covered during the Survey. The surveyor contacted us before he arrived in the morning , he was very pleasant and on arrival explained what he was wanting to see. After he had finished he was again very pleasant and professional and told us he was satisfied with what he had seen

Went through the Moving Portal twice for home surveys. I sent off an email and within just a few hours both times I got a call back for information about the houses and booking. They found a surveyor so quickly, the second time we had the survey done within just three days! Very friendly staff and a reasonable price compared to other companies. Would definitely use a third time in the future.

The Moving Portal were recommend to us by our mortgage advisor. They have been great from start to finish. Very informative and understanding when we had a change in circumstances which held us up doing our survey on the property we are currently in the process of buying. Everything was good within good time and they are fantastic at replying to emails with any questions we had. Can highly recommend them for any survey needs.

The Moving Portal found me a surveyor really quickly, and their online portal is simple to use and really clear and user friendly.
Not a lot to say really, but in a good way… like I said, very quick and easy, job done!

Simple easy to use website, and then a full and comprehensive report , which highlighted the issues very well.

The only issue that I have is that it took 10 working days to forward the report to us, that may be because our surveyor is very popular, and it would have been helpful in this instance to have had it sooner.

Absolutely incredible service from start to finish, keeping me updated on the customer online portal and via email at all times. Contacting me to give an update on the property survey before issuing out the full report. The information on the report is detailed and well in depth and includes photo's to describe the work required as well as using a traffic light system ranging from high to low. I will definitely be using this company again and recommend to family and friends. I can't thank you all enough for your outstanding efficient service.

I'm purchasing my property from my landlord and was recommended The Moving Portal by my mortgage advisor. As soon as I gave the go ahead and applied for my mortgage, TMP contacted me on the day to see if I had any queries or help setting up my details on their online portal. The team made sure all of my details were correct and the booking process was super straightforward. My surveyor, Alex, was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. He ran through the highest priorities at the end of his survey and advised his report would be with me by the following Monday. Even offered additional advice if I decided to obtain further detailed investigation reports. The survey was done on the Wednesday morning and I had my report by close of play Thursday! Would absolutely recommend these guys without a doubt

Can I just say your survey was the best money I have spent in many a year. It saved us from investing £140,000 in a property which could have cost us another £20,000 to put right.

I am retired and my wife only works part time so we could never have afforded the repairs. We have now resumed our property search and may possibly have need of your services again.
