We had a level 3 house survey completed recently and were really happy with the results. The comprehensive report was easy to understand and helped put our minds at ease when buying out first home. The process was quick and straightforward.

The online portal made it very easy to communicate prior to the survey. The survey report itself was very comprehensive, clearly stating problem areas without over-dramatising the situation. The surveyor himself was happy to discuss the findings with me afterwards and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Really simple to book, and the survey was carried out very quickly. Tom called before he went to the property to see if I had any concerns. He wrote a really detailed report and followed up with a call a few days later to go through it and answer all of my queries. I can't fault the customer service and would definitely use this company again.

High quality and efficient service from booking to getting the report back

From the very beginning, the entire process with The Moving Portal was efficient, straightforward, and easy to navigate. Communication was excellent throughout, and every amendment I requested to my valuation report was handled incredibly quickly. In most cases, I received a response and the amended report within a day of sending my email.

Unfortunately, due to circumstances outside of my control, I later needed to extend my valuation. This is when I started dealing with Phoebe.

I cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and customer service. She immediately understood the urgency and complexity of my situation. We only had around two weeks available to get the valuation extension completed, and when the initial timescales suggested this might not be possible, Phoebe went above and beyond to help.

What impressed me most was that before taking any payment from me, she first made sure the surveyor could complete the work within the required timeframe. She took ownership of the situation, kept me informed, and worked proactively to find a solution. All of this was achieved within just a few days.

If anyone from management reads this review, I would like to personally thank Phoebe. Her professionalism, responsiveness, attention to detail, and genuine care for the customer made a stressful situation much easier to manage. She is a tremendous asset to your company.
