Really like how you get one case handler that sees the whole process throughout. My case handler was Olly who was fantastic. He called when he said he would, he explained things and answered all my queries in a timely manner.

TMW's pre application risk valuers…
TMW's pre application risk valuers refused both my BTL mortgage applications based on in my opinion issues which would not materially impact their risk.
I found the experience very frustrating and left with a sense of disbelief.

My particular contact Ernesta Clayton, showed a clarity of information with an acceptable knowledge of products.
As en experienced landlord over the past 30 years I was pleased to find somebody who's capability was sufficient, but who also was prepared to defer to more senior or knowledgeable staff members when the need arose.

My 5 years fixed with mortgage works…
My 5 years fixed with mortgage works has come to an end and i gave them a call to find out my options. I spoke to sarah , Her ID p511696. she was very helpful and explained to me all the products. I have taken time to review them all and did the switch myself via online portal. It was super simple. Thank you Sarah and TMW.

Unenthusiastic staff can't be bothered
Just had our buy to lets transferred over. I have had to call TMW twice and both times sadly spoken to staff members with little to none basic customer service skills. No please, No thank you and speaking as though they really cannot be bothered. This type of attitude puts me off calling companies, as I am by habit polite, and bad manners especially when you are being paid to provide a service is unacceptable.

I had to organise a mortgage redemption…
I had to organise a mortgage redemption statement at very short notice due to disorganisation on my solicitors side. TMW staff were polite, helpful and clear, and managed to get one issued within a couple of hours. Amazing customer service in all the time they've been my lender.
