I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service provided by Luisana. She went far beyond what could reasonably be expected in dealing with my enquiry.

On a previous call, neither the adviser nor the team leader was able to determine why I could not access my mortgage account online. When I asked how long it would take to restore my access, I was told that they could not provide any timeframe and that the issue could remain unresolved indefinitely. This was both disappointing and frustrating.

Luisana approached the problem with professionalism, patience, and determination. She quickly identified that the issue stemmed from two simple but critical factors: an incorrect email address on the account and the fact that I had been entering my full name, including my second forename, rather than the format expected by the system. She immediately updated my email details, clearly explained what had gone wrong, and remained on the telephone with me until she had personally confirmed that I had successfully regained access to my account.

This level of ownership and commitment to resolving a customer's problem is exemplary. Rather than simply explaining the issue, Luisana ensured it was fully resolved before ending the call. Her technical competence, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to customer service transformed what had been a frustrating experience into a very positive one.

I would definitely recommend The Mortgage Works. Frances Hall was exceptional, always just an email or call away. Over a period of 4-5 months I had offers accepted multiple times and Frankie was always there to assist and give impartial advice on the lending criteria. They have a good range of products with varying durations and interest rates for personal and company purchases, and Frankie was always available to share the latest rate matrix. I couldn’t imagine using anyone one else if the possibility arises again as they have very competitive rates in the market too and Frankie’s customer service is second to none!

I cannot recommend Laura highly enough. This was my 3rd mortgage application, and she made the process completely stress-free. What sets her apart is her incredible communication—she always replies to emails promptly and provides clear, relevant advice tailored to my situation. wasted a lot of time. I was told that I had to do ID check before they start the application for me. I had to go to nationwide building society in Victoria personally. Which means that I had to take a day off to do that. Then I had to filling a mortgage schedule form with many property details etc. that was another days work. On the third day, he told me that he has done a credit check for me and my credit score was too low! I never had any credit issue before and I never missed any payments. Why did not he check my credit score before all that fuss made? Completely wasted three days of my time!

I been a landlord for over 20years. I have used most lenders but I can tell you for my experience that The mortgage works is one of the more straight forwards lender,for buy to let. I have dealt before with Scott Miranda and Nazim Uddin. This 2 agents from Nationwide make your mortgage process so effortless that make you feel you want to have them working as your letting agency. Haha. They are helpful, passionate about their job, friendly, no mess about not all this drama downloading stuff in the app with a passcode that doesn't work. Send a message and wait for ages for a reply. You will not have that with. This guys knows their job and your needs no mess about. I score them both 100 stars if I could. Boss give a pay increase to this guy's we keep comeback and do business with you because they are the amazing.

I had a mortgage already with TMW and wanted to secure additional borrowing on my BTL. I thought it would be very complicated and painful, but I was so pleasantly surprised. Daniel Morris explained everything in simple english and managed the process for us so smoothly....even though there were obviously some hoops to jump through. It was a delight to have him support us through the application & would strongly recommend TMW for their mortgages and after-care.
