Absolutely disgusting, we brought I double package costing £300, unfortunately I caught Covid and as I am a asthma sufferer this totally knocked me off my feet, I called to inform the Spa of my situation, it was agreed that my day would be moved which I fully appreciated the flexibility as they were concerned about their staff as both me and my partner were having facials, two days later my partner caught Covid which resulted him in being admitted into hospital, I called the spa to inform them again of the situation but their policy are totally change from three days prior saying that it was fine for two people to attend the spa both with Covid and had no impact on customers members or staff, l explained that this was a genuine reason for cancellation but was told that I was unable to rearrange my booking, I asked to speak to a manager and was told that l'd get a call back on Monday. l've chased it again today to be told that a manager would call me back, duty manager Mia kindly informed me that I have lost my booking.

Stayed at the spa last weekend as part of a group of 6. The facilities were nice, quite small but very clean and food was above expectations but what made it memorable was the people. The service was exceptional and one of the friendliest spas we've been to. We'll definitely return and book a pod.

Just had a lovely one night stay at The Malvern. Don’t usually do reviews but felt that we would after such a wonderful stay.
We had a very friendly welcome and tour around the facilities by Oliver who was fantastic.
The pools and saunas are so relaxing, the room was perfect and our breakfast was first class! I could continue!!!
Would definitely recommend. 😊

I used to be a full member of the Spa. I rang them up yesterday to make a beauty appt. The person whom I spoke to was in no way friendly & welcoming, talking in clipped voice with yes & no. Whoever that was needs some serious retraining, AGAINST my better judgement with what I was met with down the phone an appt. has been made. I hope to god the treatment I receive is better than the lack of welcome was! I do know a good beautician & treatment when I get one! NOTE:- YOU HAVE TO PAY ON BOOKING!

We’ve had a great experience at Malvern spa. The staff have been really friendly and tentative. Big shout out to Heather who has made our spa day. She has been really interactive and funny! I would definitely recommend the spa to friends and family. 10 out of 10

My friend Claire and I decided to have a treat of a twilight spa package and added in a deluxe pedicure - it was fantastic ! My treatment was delivered very professionally by Morgan who was amazing and Claire’s by Leah who was as equally great …. The front of house guy, Ollie, was wonderful and very welcoming making us feel incredibly at ease immediately! All staff were smiley and helpful and I they obviously have a happy work place environment - the food in the restaurant (smoked haddock dish ) was AMAZING and without doubt one of the best rice/fish dishes I have had …. Our pedicures were outstanding/ food outstanding/ Ollie outstanding and we genuinely had the most relaxing time - well worth a try ,

My partner booked this for my 40th birthday present a couple of months ago for this coming Sunday 21/7/24. We recieved an email a week before to say there would be no electrics overnight, which in turn means there is no fire alarm. Upon emailing and speaking to staff who were very rude I was told it's fine we have 9 staff in, plus you cant use the lift anyway in a fire and you will have emergency plans in your room. I'm not sure 9 staff will be able to wake 33 rooms of people in time if something serious were to happen.
For somewhere hat charge so much money I expect better customer service. I asked to cancel my stay as I don't think I would feel safe to which I was told your money will be back in the account in 3 to 5 working days, which may not be enough time to book somewhere else. This has taken a lot of planning for our 6 month old baby to be looked after as well as someone else to have the dog and annual leave from work.

Overnight spa break with a friend, food excellent, treatments fab, staff professional, friendly & polite, happy to do what they can to please. We have been here many times, there had been a dip in standards the previous couple of visits but the current manager appears to have turned it around again and they are very customer focussed plus highly visible during the day.

Couple of minor details we provided our feedback on which were well received and hope to have been resolved by the time we visit again.

What an incredible 🙌 relaxed 😌 experience. We stayed for New Year’s Eve. The spa facilities are great, the staff lovely, massages where great and the food incredible (and generous portions). Lovely indoor and outdoor pool, 4 spa rooms and relaxation room was a gem 💎. We didn’t spend much time in the gym or our room, but think that demonstrates the great facilities on offer. Well done Malvern Spa, have a blessed and prosperous 2024!

Fantastic massage by Georgia, feel totally ironed out now after knotty shoulders and tight muscles. Highly recommend her. Nice ambience at The Malvern Spa. Will definitely be back again soon to book with Georgia. Thank you.

Just spent the most relaxing day at Malvern Spa with 2 friends. We all had fabulous facials and then two marvellous manicures and a perfect pedicure. The staff are amazing! Leah, Georgia, Isobel in particular and Melissa is the best spa hostess. We are Christmas ready!

Had an amazing spa afternoon with our own pod , food and drinks were lovely as well as exceptional service from Donna. Had a wonderful treatment with the lovely Lena , her knowledge and skills were phenomenal. Will definitely be coming back !!!!

My friend and I spent a day and night at the Malvern Spa. We had a lovely time and It uplifted me in mind body and spirit. The staff were pleasant and went out of their way to accomodate us during our stay.
Ollie is really a great asset to the company and we really enjoyed eating the food, which was cooked to perfection....
compliments to the chef! Absolutely loved the treatments, I had a great and indeed relaxing massage by Ellie and a beautiful shellac manicure by Georgia. The whole experience of the spa was amazing, I will definitely visit again and recommend the Spa to others... Keep up the good work!!

Stayed at the Malvern Spa for 1 night with my family and friend .
We were made welcome as soon as we entered the building. We were taken around the spa and shown the facilities that were on offer to us for our spa break.
Ollie and Ali were just amazing and so helpful and friendly, the restaurant staff and food were great ( evening meal and breakfast) .
The treatments from the spa staff were the best I’ve ever had.

Myself & my sister once again returned to here after always having a wonderful relaxing time , we opted for a 2 night stay with breakfast each morning & evening meal , food was amazing had the fish & chips which was cooked to perfection , room was lovely , paid a little extra to have a full body massage by leah who was absolutely fantastic best massage I've ever had and will be requesting lead again in the near future when we return , can't fault anything staff all so professional and welcoming , well done the malvern left feeling amazing

The spa and food were good but the rooms looked tired and very basic. The food portions could be a bit more lavish.The air-condition in the main room and exhaust fan in the bathroom were out of order.The carpets and the bedding looked manky as well. The location is not a pretty site as it is next to the highway.
Overall a very average experience.

My sister and I have just come back from a 2 night stay here on their Summer Staycation offer, which included bed, breakfast, evening meal, breakfast and a cocktail each evening, full use of all the facilities. We paid a little extra for a massage and it was wonderful yet again. We have been before and thoroughly enjoy it here. Every member of staff go above and beyond to make your stay as memorable and relaxing as can be. I cannot speak highly enough of it, the food is excellent and rooms so comfy. A little mishap we had when my favourite swimsuit fell from our second floor window below and was efficiently dealt with by maintenance within a flash!!!. Would not hesitate to return and our thanks to each and every member of staff for their professionalism

Our first stay here, we were greeted pleasantly by a lady at reception.
We were given our room key and were given a tour of the spa.
The room was clean, but basic, no WOW factor, unfortunately had a view of the premier inn opposite but didn't effect us.
We had a lovely time in the spa, although it took a while to get sun beds which was a shame a lot of people leaving their towels on them whilst off having treatments.
We enjoyed the fact that you could order drinks to the sun beds.
Dinner we ordered the steak. It stated it was chargrilled, but it came charcoaled.
Thankfully, they had a member of staff Ollie, who quickly resolved this by getting us a replacement meal. The second time round was lovely. He was a credit to the spa and turned our dinner experience from what could have been sour to being a lovely experience.
Breakfast was ok, limited choice when we had a later breakfast, things were not stocked up. Cooked breakfast had tasted like it had been cooked before we arrived and then reheated.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and and left feeling relaxed and revitalised.

We went on a date night last night the 18th June, my partner some twenty minutes after eating her meal, (the salmon,) fell violently sick with diarrohea.

We rang the Spa and spoke to a gentleman on reception about 930 pm, he said someone would call us today to talk about our compliant.

To date no one has called us which is extremely disappointing.

The experience was very disappointing and for the very expensive prices they charge, we cant believe no one has had the courtesy to call us.
