I wanted to give this as a gift to my son and his new fiancée.
Firstly the card arrived and access code details were not emailed until much later in the day. The card had a sticker on the front for an amount which was less than I put on it, not reassuring. I am loathe to pursue with the activation process as having put in access and SAN the cardportal site I was directed to looks dodgy, spelling mistakes and address already filled in...and it required my full bank details again!!! I can see the correct amount is there, so that's good.
Tried the phone number because initial emails from this company also look dodgy, no reply there. What do I do next???? Not sure who to trust?
Kicking myself for not looking at reviews on Google first, I did my research on Chatgpt....you live and learn but the whole thing has left me feeling very disappointed, frustrated and worried.
Did a bit of research on Companies House which was not reassuring either.

Good customer service when my card expired.

Received cards as a reward for a work incentive. Tried to activate and use the cards but none of them working and despite sending multiple emails to the company, all are ignore. Terrible service - literally can't get hold of anyone .

The Card Portal and Their Perfect Gift Customer Services team were very helpful in resolving a technical issue I encountered with my account. The support team responded promptly and resolved my problem in less than 24 hours.

Terrible interface, incredibly confusing to use. Would not recommend at all.

Their Perfect Gift claims their cards work for online purchases, but that’s not true. We couldn’t use ours online, even though the website said it was possible. Customer service was unresponsive and didn’t fix the issue. Very disappointing and misleading.

Been a complete mess and disaster throughout.

Cards received and took over a month to be usable.

When the cards are finally made available, they didn't work. The app is down. Emailed and had no response.

Seriously concerned the money is gone. They should be investigated for fraud.

Really wanted to treat my friend to a flexible gift that she would have to spend on herself without tying her to a limited number of shops. Got her a gift card with these jokers - it started with them failing to send her a verification code and ended with scammers cleaning out the card before the night was through. She's been trying to get this sorted for a week already with mealy-mouthed nothings from TheirPerfectGift. It's upsetting for all of us so hardly the stress free gentle birthday gift she could dip into over the next year to treat herself with that I planned.

Card balance defrauded.

I activated two gift cards that were bought by two friends for my birthday. The balance got cleared out in the middle of the night by scammers. I have no idea how.

Initially I couldn't alert TheirPerfeftGift because the phone line doesn't get answered. I reached out via email but my balance has been completely hollowed out before they could act. I have no idea who got my money because I can't see the transactions which aren't visible in the app, meaning I can't even report it to action fraud.

My emails were initially responded to next day and they seemed really focused and willing to help, then my case got past to the dispute resolution team but I haven't even received an acknowledgement from that team yet. It's been incredibly stressful and the money is still missing.

I received a gift card and activated on 18th September.

I have not used the card and was due to use for an event tomorrow.

I logged in to check card balance today and the card has been used fraudulently for multiple transactions in NEWARK and SAO PAOLO.

I live in LONDON.

I now currently don’t have funds available - ordered and paid for with associated fees - my an event tomorrow.

I have messaged customer services with my relevant card details.

If the issue can be resolved in time for my event tomorrow - I’ll happily edit this review. But as it stands - this service cannot be deemed reputable and I’d AVOID at all costs.

Received one of the cards. Had to tell my friend that they had been scammed as it does not activate.

I had a problem and it was solved in less than 12 hours! Very efficient service!

The whole concept of a gift card thats a mastercard that can be used anywhere is so cool

it is quite complicated to set up even on the app, I think it would be easier to send all login details to customer beforehand rather than having to wait a couple of day's for code, activation is quite pricey, should be free

I highly recommend Their Perfect Gift Euro cards. My daughter recently used one for a school trip to Germany. It was safer then using cash and I could track spend on the app. Great if you have kids travelling outside the UK.
