I have just ordered wallpaper to repair my caravan in New Zealand. I was unable to have it delivered direct to New Zealand but I was able to have it delivered to my newphew in London. All done on the phone in minutes. Wonderful service, answered all my questions.

Excellent service, Michelle was very concerned and went above and beyond on my order making sure it got delivered to myself on time ready for our holiday, she intervened with the delivery people and made sure they were on the ball. I Would definitely recommend their services.

Great company. Excellent Customer Services when a delivery arrived damaged in transit (think the lady was called Debbie). The lady called me several times to clarify the damage and replaced the damaged part the very next day.

Ordered a cello 16” tv. Cello had run out of stock so our tv was delayed for a couple of weeks which was rather annoying. After receiving the product the tv broke after using it a couple of times. After speaking with cello direct I contacted Caravan Warehouse and explained the situation and that we were desperate to get it working ready for or campevan trip to south of France, it was going to be a lifesaver with our two kids who were both under two. Caravan Warehouse were very quick at responding to our emails and dealt with cello on our behalf they arranged to a have a brand new Tv delivered free of charge to our home before our holiday. The turnaround time was extremely quick and efficient we cannot thank them enough for theire quick, polite and professional service. Thankyou Caravan Warehoue we will certainly use you again :D

I ordered a wash basin from the Caravan Warehouse late on the Tuesday afternoon and they arranged for the courier to deliver it by 12noon on the Thursday which was very efficient. Unfortunately when we opened the very well wrapped parcel within a box the contents were completely broken into bits. I immediately rang Caravan Warehouse, Michelle asked me to send photos of the damaged goods which I did straight away and within an hour she arranged for a replacement which I am delighted to say arrived the following day in perfect condition. A very big thank you for being so friendly helpful and efficient.

I would recommend this company to anyone, especially for there customer service. Michelle in the sales office was fantastic when I explained I was having my bed frame delivered the following day and I had forgot to fill out the special delivery instructions when I booked online. Michelle emailed the couriers there and then explaining my dilemma and she also copied me in to the email. I'm pleased to say I received my delivery without any problems.

Really impressed with the service I have received, Michelle was extremely helpful and called me once the rare part I was after had come in. 👍

We ordered a cello TV for our motorhome. There was a problem which resulted in the return of the TV and future supply of a 12v cable ( all our fault!). Caravan Warehouse dealt with all this for us in a very friendly and efficient way which we are very grateful for. Cello were also very understsnding. We would definitely use this company again for our camping needs. Well done Caravan Warehouse, excellent customer service.

An amazing company to do business with. The part was ordered from the easy to use website on Saturday and delivered to home before lunch on Tuesday. It has been fitted even before I type this review. I will definitely use them again and will strongly recommend them.
The communication regarding the delivery kept us informed and the courier delivered as expected.

From my original phone call I have only praise for The Caravan Warehouse’s service. Our replacement foldaway sofa bed arrived on schedule. We collected it from the Holiday Park’s office and installed it easily. So refreshing to have such excellent service without any problems!
