after a search of the web for a replacement glass top for our Campervan cooker, the cheapest was The Caravan Warehouse, I phoned to check availability and if I had the correct part Number, I didnt, the Lady at the caravan Warehouse gave me Thetfords customer service number to ring to give them the serial Number of my cooker which I did and Thetfords gave me the correct Part Number for the Glass top,Back to The Caravan warehouse and with the given part Number ordered the glass that was yesterday afternoon ,the Part arrived this morning well wrapped and Parceled, the Lady at The Caravan Warehouse Saved me ordering the wrong thing a big thank you to Her and Customer service at its Best.

This company is excellent from there happy to help sales team to the delivery. I ordered 10 axle stands to Portsmouth I had to ask where on site I could order 15-18 inch stand I was given the code and told if I had any problems on ordering online to ring but a very helpful sales team. The Caravan Warehouse have been excellent and have assisted me every step of the way to choosing the right colour and knowing exactly which parts I need and updating me on the progress of our orders etc. Michelle in particular has been a great help and provides an exceptional service.

Ordered a length of down pipe and parts for my caravan which was shipped in 2 packages. Unfortunately only 1 was delivered next day by the courier. I contacted the caravan warehouse who were very helpful and chased it up with the courier and within 30 minutes they had come back to me and the second package was delivered the next day. The problem was not their fault but the service was excellent and friendly so reassuring to find this today.

Ordered some spares for a fairly old calor gas hob, which I hadn't managed to source anywhere else. My order arrived within 2 days, even though I ordered straight after Christmas and hadn't expected to get them before the new year. I'm very very impressed with the speed of delivery, and also with the huge range of spares they carry in stock. I'll
