I ordered a gas fire for my van on Monday, on looking at the receipt I noticed that it was coming from Glamorgan, I then rang sales to see if I could change delivery address! This was done with no drama and fire arrd at new location on Tues am.

Would highly recommend The Caravan Warehouse. Ordered a metal King Size Bed Base, sales staff were excellent. Informative emails followed quickly with a track your order facility. The base arrived 10am today, driver very helpful. Packaging was excellent and very clean, the base was in perfect condition, excellent quality and good value for the money. Bought an Ariston GPS central heating thermostat for our static caravan. Could not get it work even after a lot of advice from Ariston. At first caravan warehouse refused to refund it but after I threatened to sue through the small claims court, they relented and told me to return it via insured post which cost £26.They have agreed a refund but are refusing to pay the postage.

I’m not good at writing reviews,I think I probably expect to much but from my first contact with The Caravan Warehouse I couldn’t have had a better service,I explained what I wanted and the next day my fridge/freezer arrived,they certainly did what they said.

I ordered a small heater for my caravan and it has been excellent. It arrived promptly and I even got a follow up call to check all was well. Good service all round.

Excellent service. Spoke to nice lady on phone to check product - ordered it and it came the next day.

Very easy to navigate website when ordering. Delivery was noted as being 3-5 working days (acceptable to me), but it came next day. Super service. Only reason for 4 stars is that they originally delivered the wrong water heater, but this was rectified with one phone call and no hassle (thanks to Michelle and Deborah). Correct heater delivered and wrong one collected within two days. In the end I didn't need the flue so asked if I could return it. Again, one friendly phone call to Michelle and I will get a full credit when I return it. Proper "old fashioned" service!

I found The Caravan Warehouse an excellent company to deal with. The ordering process was simple and straight forward and their prices were very competitive.
Even the delivery was excellent, the item ordered arrived on time.

Would have given 5 Stars but Logistics Company (Tufnell) let them down.
Product 'spot-on' staff very helpful, be rude to identify anyone specifically (Michelle) they went out of there way to try and resolve the mystery and dispute of the missing goods.
Only came to light when another owner visiting the site reported 2.3 metre parcel left at there Caravan, logistics driver failed to observe protocol, report to office.
I certainly will be using Caravan Warehouse again.

I needed a caravan bed and mattress. Right from the time I first contacted this company with questions, their representative Michelle was helpful and friendly.
When I finally ordered the items, she dealt with everything smoothly and reassured me at every stage.
The bed and mattress were delivered, well packaged, direct to our holiday caravan at midday the following day by a helpful courier. We are very pleased with the quality.
All in all, excellent service and a pleasant experience with a company which I have no hesitation in recommending. And thanks again to Michelle!

As always when using a provider for the first time there's always a bit of trepidation on the level of service that will be delivered. We wont hesitate to use the Caravan Warehouse next time. Spare parts ordered on Monday and arrived on Wednesday with mail detailing the hour it would be arriving at. Cannot and will not fault the service provided by them flawless. Thanks You
