Plastic mount was damaged in transit. Received a reasonable partial refund without any quibble. So, all good.
Not over impressed with the product, but got it working. It took a while, but all seems good (for now)

Good quality bed frame. Quick delivery.
Unfortunately the existing duo legs I had on a 2ft 3ins bed would not fit, as I had been told they would.I used the provded legs, but had to fit them inside the frame due to restricted space on both sides.

I was in need of important spare parts for a British-made mobile home in France. Getting the parts from a French supplier was like pulling teeth, only more painful... Luckily, I found MyStatic Int'l on-line! I experienced MyStatic as an extremely helpful outfit, where nice, knowledgeable people answer their phones after a few rings, and return e-mails lickety-split. They had my parts and got them out to me right away. Their pricing is very reasonable as well, especially in light of their problem-solving skills. I can't recommend MyStatic Int'l enough and I'm so glad I found them!

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. Very polite and helpful girl when I phoned the office to clarify a couple things.
Fast and efficient delivery but the only negative was no notification to say item had been delivered which was an issue to me as I had to use an alternative address as I live on a narrow boat
