A great customer service! They had originally shipped the wrong item by mistake. After just one (very pleasant and kind!) conversation with them, they had already shipped the correct item and will refund me the postage costs for return. Thank you Tegen and best of luck!!

The products arrived very promptly ; beautifully packaged . Upon opening I discovered they were exactly how they appeared online . Beautifully made ..& yes ..very much the effect of Stained Glass - glorious vibrant colours & very strongly made . Quick delivery, excellent presentation, high quality product. I have very thick hair and this is the first time in years that I have found a hair slide that can cope. Others simply won’t close, or break almost immediately. These look great and are really solidly made. Delighted.

The products are cute and delivered quickly. However, I bought products that were specifically stated as good for thick hair - the french pin is way too small to hold any of my hair and the teeth of my side combs bent after one use.

I'm also really sorry to hear that the teeth of the side combs has bent. Our French Essentials collection comes with a 6 month guarantee. All we require is a photo of the faulty item to save you having to return anything and we'll be more than happy to issue a replacement pair right away. Their hair clips and accessories are…
Their hair clips and accessories are wonderfully unique styles and lovely colours, perfect for gifts for those with long and short hair! The main draw for me is the high comfort factor when wearing their hair claw clips, they are fantastically comfortable all day. Unfortunately one of the clips I purchased broke through no fault of my own and their guarantee meant they replaced this for me no questions asked. The customer service is really second to none, they cannot do enough to help.

I bought the medium Prada style Sophia. I love it.
FYI: I have mid length, layered, fine hair and it doesn’t always keep it all up. The small Sophia is great for half up styles so I figure I’ll keep the medium and persevere until my hair gets longer. Great product and customer service.

Tegen accessories is one such purchase I would regret purchasing forever. I ordered this from Sweden, and apart from the high prices, I had to pay both shipping and customs clearance as extra. The quality isnt great as compared to the price. Its just okay. Only the U hair pin is good enough the price. Please think twice before ordering their accessories based on their cheap marketing when you can get a high quality product at budget price from local stores. My expectations were not at all met given the price I paid. I bought their waved french hair pin, long narrow barrette clip & mini barrette clip and out of which only the Hair pin felt okay.

I'm sorry to hear about the customs fee. This charge is applied by the government of the destination country for international shipments, and unfortunately, as a small independent business, we're unable to cover these costs. We do mention this on our checkout and delivery information pages but I’m very sorry if it wasn’t clear at the time of purchase.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery. This is my second purchase and I was looking forward to delivery day. I love the colour of the new clip but I struggle to fix this one in place as there is not much to grip onto for me. I have arthritis in my hands and cannot grip tightly.
But do not let this put anyone off as the quality is second to none.

I really love the Tegen Sophia side…
I really love the Tegen Sophia side claw clip. I have 3 now and thinking of buying another. They hold my fine hair perfectly all day and are so comfortable I forget I am wearing them. Definitely my favourite so far and I love the colours.
