Love the hobo bags. Ordered in biscuit and liked it so much I ordered the gold version too. Great to get the matching sunglasses cases too. Very practical bags and great quality as always. Posted really quickly to me in Ireland. Would definitely recommend.

I’ve been very pleased with my bag and customer service.

I ordered the sling back for myself but forgot to include the free gifts. The bag arrived promptly and I loved it so I ordered it for my sister's birthday. In the order comment request box I asked if I could include my free gifts in the second order and open the parcel to a wonderful surprise, the extra gifts all included! Me and my sister are absolutely delighted with our purchases and excellent customer service.

This bag was well made, of good quality and love the contrasting straps. It’s the third one I have bought in different colours. The company is excellent to deal with and the bags arrive promptly and well packaged

Not only was the product nice, but the customer service was really helpful when I accidentally added the wrong shipping address.

Was concerned about having issues with the zip after having a bad experience with another company. Have to say I have been using my bag for almost 2 years now without any issues, and when I contacted them to see if they had a matching purse, they took the time to send me optio zip after hns

This was a birthday present for my sister, which she was really thrilled with. Shipping was fast and efficient and the inclusion of two free gifts makes this the most amazing value. I have had Elie Beaumont bags for years and they never wear out and I use them all the time.

Honestly this company deserves 5 stars. When I ordered my first bag, I didn’t chose 2 free gifts. They proactively contacted me asking me to confirm what I would like. The bag arrived in a very timely manner. The leather and quality looks good. So much so I have just bought a second. These will be perfect for my holiday to Australia later this month.

Part of my order was missing, the after sales team were incredibly efficient, kind and helpful in resolving - mistakes do happen but both product and customer service were great. As someone that also works in this field, I can’t fault them. Well done.

The quality of the whole process of purchasing from Ellie Beaumont is very easy, quick and enjoyable. Delivery was the same. Updates constantly from Royal Mail. The bag comes wrapped in its own dust bag and is suitably packed. The quality of the bag is of high value, including the metal work. Wearing it, it looks stylish, comfortable and a great purchase. I only wish I bought the bigger one. Clearly I have a lot of stuff to put in it!!

Completely in love with the bag. It is just the right size for my needs, and the quality is good. This is the second Elie Beaumont crossbody tassel bag I have owned - My previous one lasted several years with regular use. I was in the dark about the delivery times for the second order but that was because I found the automated confirmation emails in my junk folder.

I was looking for a Sling Bag to no avail but, then I came across Ellie Beaumont bags. Bingo my quest was complete. I ordered a Black Sling bag in large as it has a zipped pocket on the back - ideal for cards.
Now I am swaning around all hands free and prepared for anything.

I have just received my first items ever from Ellie Beaumont, and I am very pleased with the quality and packaging! I love the colors in the crossbody strap- it matches perfectly with my new Ellie leather bag. Everything I ordered is better in person than online (not always the case with other online products). My only wish is that an outside the bag pocket be added for a phone. Otherwise, I will definitely be ordering from Ellie Beaumont again!

I have a bag and after 6 months the zip has broken so is now unusable. I have contacted customer services and as yet no response at all . Surely it should last longer than 6 months

So I bought a bag last summer and after just a month or so the zip started to go. I perservered for months, as, if I kept trying, eventually it would do up, until it didn't. Messaged the company and they said they'd never had any issue with their zips, but now I see on here that several people have had zip problems. Anyway, they replaced the bag, but I had to pay shipping costs for the replacement. I didn't have to return the broken bag.
For the money I was hoping the bag would have lasted a few years and I guess charging shipping costs for the replacement was cheeky, as was saying they'd never had any issues with their zips, but I thought it was really good for them to offer to replace the bag.
The bags themselves are nice, but the lining is a bit cheap, the zips are a bit plasticky, and there are at least two other companies that do similar bags that are fair higher quality who I would recommend over Elie Beaumont, even before the zip broke.
