Very unorganised and customer service is so bad. I bought bed and mattress a couple of weeks ago and supposed to be delivered today. No one contacted me to confirm and when I called them they didn’t really follow up the matter. So unhappy with their service and never buy anything from them again. 👎👎

Did a click and collect, I have still not received my items now almost 2 weeks, the only email I got from target was an item was no longer available it took them 10 days to notify me of that..

Never will I shop up a storm online with Target ever again. Ive been a loyal customer and all the thanks you get is a rude so called customer service wait on the phone for ages scenario. Is it a call centre??, rude unhelpful with no care or urgency with what you are explaining to them.
Still waiting for a refund for a missing item in my delivery, same excuses every time Ive rang, we couldnt find your payment details or its being processed soon, when?? the next century. Not only does it take a month to get here on Camel Express the processing time and stuff coming from a million stores. Never again, Kmart romps it home as far as Target goes, save your money and buy from a company that actually cares. Michele

Served by the male staff member.He is brilliant as always.Went too use my after pay in store but,for some reason it wasn't working.I had just come from bigw and it worked fine there.Maybe the Supervisor should of stepped in too help.Other than that great products fantastic price

Actually I don't even rate 1 star. I placed an online order on the 3rd of September. It is now the 5th of November.I have sent multiple emails to "customer support" of which there is none! I either get a generic response or "we are looking into it", "we have escalated your problem" and more recently and most infuriatingly "this could take another 2 to 3 weeks to resolve." I have tried demanding a refund which has just been ignored. Don't ever shop at Target. Customer service does not exist.
Don't order online
Like others, I have experienced delays in receiving products. However my biggest issue was that they took over a week to 'process' my order - all I asked for were socks, singlets and a soccer ball! There was no communication either about the delay in processing.

I purchased a pair of earbuds with a gift card I received. I rarely use Target Australia (poor quality goods or fast unethical fashion) but wanted to use the card before it expired and could only use it online due to lockdown. Surprise, surprise - they stopped working after one month. Tried for return. Started this process one month ago. Now on my sixth email and 4th phone call. Different advice, different excuse, 3-5 days yeah, yeah, yeah!! I would not even purchase a gift card from these guys - like gifting someone a lifetime supply of frustration - and no one deserves that!
Damaged before delivery
I ordered a Collectors edition expert lego Ford GT for my father as a present. Not only did it arrive two weeks late and after his Birthday, It arrived damaged. I can accept delays in deliveries being beyond their control but the box was so damaged inside the shipping package from a sharp impact. Mind you the packaging box and all the air wrap pouches were completely intact. I have ordered so much before from them and never received such an obvious damage before shipping product. Just bad
Great service at Toombul
I want to share my experience at the Toombul Customer Service desk. The staff could not have been more pleasant or more helpful today when I returned some damaged goods for exchange.,They even took the trouble to bubble wrap the replacements. The store itself is always clean and well organised and the staff, outstanding!

The slowest. But they did give me a $50 gift card.
1. Ordered PS5.
2. Received confirmation of order email.
3. Received cancellation of order email.
4. Received a $50 gift card (and this is the reason for 2 stars instead of 1).
5. Ordered a second PS5 controller from Target on a Monday.
6. Coincidentally I was able to get a PS5 from Big W on the same day.
7. Order accessories from JB Hi Fi also on Monday.
8. JB Hi Fi deliver accessories on Tuesday.
9. Big W deliver the PS5 on Thursday.
10. Three weeks later, Target has to date not delivered by controller. I move house in a week, I really thought 4 weeks lead time would have been sufficient and now I'm not sure.
I get that Aus Post has delays at the moment but as other people have pointed out, I think the delay is that Target didn't actually give the package to Aus Post for a week and a half whereas their competitors either did their own delivery or at least mitigated Aus Post delays by getting the order to them ASAP.
I've had worse experiences elsewhere for sure but this reinforces why I haven't actually shopped at Target for over a decade unless there's something I can't get elsewhere or have a credit.

I ordered 3 pairs of gumboots from Target onli e on the 11th September 2021 and to this very date being 3rd October 2021, along with many emails to Target, my order has not yet been delivered. Absolutely disgusting! The delay was from Target not procesding the online order efficiently. Never again will I purchase anything from Target online and I strongly suggest all buyers BEWARE
BEWARE OF TARGET ONLINE
Ordered a Fila Mini Stepper from the Target Online store on 26 September. Of course they gladly took my payment and no news from them thereafter. No advice or notification about delivery. And it's almost ten days now. I check the Tracking of the order only to read that they are still packing my item. Not even sent yet.
This is a total rip off... My biggest regret is ever placing an online order with the company. Doubt I will even receive the item
Cancelled order
Ordered a blender, on offer, paid and waiting for delivery to find a refund in my account 4 days later and an email from Target simply saying order cancelled. Left me short of the item and now having to find another, in lockdown, and wait for delivery from someone else. So so poor.

Yes across the board, there are delays to orders being shipped out . But No replying to 3 emails customer care online chat and on the phone can only provide the same information my online order account gives me .. Answer:'we are processing your order' and apologies but that's it ! which I could tell them because processing is the same info I access online ..
Zero follow up and update communication is probably the biggest error and a patronizing outcome when i do get through, from great efforts of my own
in comparison to other online orders and other company delays the communication has been much better and delays managed well

Online shopping at Target …
I'm fairly pleased with online shopping at Target, however twice now, I have been delivered an item with the security tags still attached.
On the previous occassion (before lockdown) I was able to go to the store to have it removed.
However as we are in lockdown and have been since August 12, I can no longer go into my local store.
The item I bought was a winter top, and now the weather is getting warmer I won't have the opportunity to wear it.
I contacted Target 'customer care' 2 weeks ago and have not had a reply to my email. Very disappointing.

After many phone calls with Target representatives (located god knows where) and emails with Afterpay, my issue remains unsolved. Am still paying for items not received. Talked to a Target representative today, who said my payments will be reimbursed......but no email confirmation. What was I thinking!!!!!? Spoke with my sister-in-law who's had a similar experience with the store. Spoke with my bank manager who said he's been inundated with people being ripped off with online shopping.

I can drive to Target Goulburn in 10 mins but it took over fours hours to click and collect one item.
Next iam now trying this is third day to return the item because they will not take it back in store unless you have a ticket from online. I have tried online i have rang> I have requested they texted as they asked. I have gone online some many times i have lost count but when i get to submit nothing happens.
Some much for serrvice.

I can walk to my local store in 20 minutes, but don't want to head into the shopping centres during Covid19 lockdown. I ordered an air fryer on a Friday, fully expecting it to arrive one day within the next week. The following Friday has already passed and there's still no sign. Apparently it was 'collected for delivery' 6 days later on the Thursday so it would be reasonable to assume I would have it the following business day... but NO... it is due for delivery Wednesday. So, 6 days from ordering it gets collected, then a further 6 days it sits somewhere before delivery!!!
