Ordered click and collect but this service is click and forget. Three days and still no text or email to say order is ready. What is the point its wasting my time and energy. Went to the store they cannot help apparently and I could not cancel the order. Pathetic hopeless kmart.

HARD TO RETURN ONLINE ORDER
I ordered a lounge chair online. The wrong chair was delivered. I tried to return it to my local store but they refused to take it due to their stock numbers. Contacted support on phone who requested addittional information that was sent through. I then received an email with instructions on how to arrange for pick up of the wrong product which I did. On the arranged day of pick up I received an email stating they just opened the email and is unable to arrange pick up for that day I have to resend that email with a new date for pick up. Email was send with new date. I received an email three days later, they send the information to couriers but because of the long weekend I might have to change the date again.
It is now 5 weeks since I placed the order, I'm struggling to get rid of a lounge that I did not order, do not like and don't want.
The chair that I originally ordered is not available anymore.
I still gave not received a refund.

Really disappointed Kmart is not monitoring their sellers, or enforcing LAWS
Click collect warning
Do not order click and collect with KMart, one of my items was cancelled even though still showing as available days later. They would not put refund back on my credit card, noone ever explained why, or even store credit, wanted bank account details for a refund. KMart at pickup of other items said they do not handle the online click and collect so could not help out. Took over 3 weeks, chat bot and 1800 number not helpful. Won't use again.

Discovered a $63 charge on my statement not sure what its for. Trying to investigate via 'customer service' end up speaking with someone in the Philipines who despite receiving proof of charge has not bothered to respond to my email. All I asked for was proof - I asked for a copy of the receipt so I can determine if it was my purchase. Maybe if I get my bank to reverse the transaction I might get some action!

I just to let you know Kmart people their wrong policies . First Kmart moved the cash register in the middle of the shops, for me it was a wrong move because sometimes I already paid but I see something else leaving the store and I don’t buy it only because I don’t want to go back and do a line and do everything else again but now I am very upset because you have the paid for the trolleys!!!! So inconvenient!!!! That’s why i barely go to Aldi and now Kmart 😡

Kmart packed dirty item in my click-and-collect order
I ordered 4 x 2-packs bras on click-and-collect, and apart from taking 22 hours to have my order ready even though all the items were in stock, Kmart packed a dirty bra in my order. And cancelled one other 2-pack bra. I can live with this delay and one cancellation, but how on Earth you go and pack this dirty bra in my order?! Looks like it’s been dragged on the floor! How do you deliver that to your valued customer?!

If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Did an online order, it said payment failed so i tried again. The same thing happened so check my bank and the money has been taken out by kmart but order hasn't gone through. And all they can bloody say is sorry for the inconvenience, you will get your money back in 5 business days. So I don't have an order and don't have my money and they could care less
Excellent Customer Service From Toby
11th April 2026 about 9am, I was looking for products in the stationary section of K Mart, Caloundra, Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia. A Staff member called Toby assisted me. Toby was knowledgable about the products. He was patiently helping two other customers at the same time, who were equally impressed with Toby's excellent customer service and helpful manner. Order stuff online it says available then they can't deliver but items still on website as available. Do not trust the website they don't update it so don't know what stock they have.
Do NOT click and collect!
Ordered 2 of the same item and received confirmation email, money taken from my account.
2 days later received an email titled 'refund confirmation' for one of the two items, with no explanation or contact.
10 days later am still to receive the money in my account (was quoted up to 5 days to process) or any contact from the store whatsoever regarding the other item.
Status tracking shows it has been 'being prepared' for 10 days. Estimated ready date was 8 days ago.
Customer service is a bot who doesn't answer the question, only suggests I 'track my order'.
Have tried to cancel order only to be told it may take 2 days to track the order and process the cancellation.
Appalling service.
Janet strikes again
Had a horrible encounter with Janet at Indooroopilly store, I was looking for my product and noticed the draw left open, seeing my product in it I proceeded to look through it and at that point Janet approaches and aggressively tells my friend and I to leave for “opening her draw” which was clearly already left open with products on the floor by her. Fix the attitude or we will for you. P.s just wanted some nail glue.
Cannot cancel order after half the items are out of stock.
Kmart online system shows items as in stock when they are not. Partially cancels orders then will not let customers cancel the entire order. I now have to return the items or "refuse delivery". Absolute clown show.
Violates Aussie consumer guarantees
Worst online customer service. Would give 0 stars. Expect disabled customers to return faulty items bought instore that were delivered. Wont supply postage label. Use previous faulty claims against you. Shop elsewhere.
Selling items they do not have
Taking money and selling items online they don't have. Then stalling for the refund, only paying back the freight component but not the money for the actual item.
So poor, why do our consumer protection agencies never do anything against these crooks?

Kmart are an affordable store that sells almost everything. The have products for women, men, children and toddlers.
The quality and range of styles of their clothing is absolutely great. In particular, I love their beautiful warm Thermo long-sleeved tops that are a must for any winter day or night.
When ever I enter a Kmart store, I always find and purchase a product that l know l will be happy with. For any special occassion or festive day, be sure that at Kmart, you will find the ideal gift for your loved one of best friend.
