I bought clothes for my daughter about 2 years ago from target she wore them before washing, she got rash all over her body and the same thing happened with my other daughter just yesterday I bought her clothes from target she wore them straight away and she got really bad rash all over her body they very itchy and so uncomfortable , I had to use cream with steroid to get rid of them. Target shouldn’t use all these chemicals on the children clothes or at least worn people to wash before use.
Dropping this Zero, they deserve a zero
I placed an order on January 18th. Went to s local store to pick up on Jan. 22nd. I was told first that the order was cancelled. After inquiring who and why was it cancelled, and why didn’t I get notified, there were no answers. Then the story changed to it was returned. Why? It was here too long. Still didn’t make any sense. Also no communication in the interim about how long the item would be there. Additionally, this all happened during the winter storm. Needless to say, but I’m dropping this zero (Target) and sticking with my hero (Walmart).
Stop destroying Target stores
I don’t want to see another cheap nasty Kmart product replacing the really good items in Target. Target management you need to understand that Target is Target and Kmart is Kmart!!! You don’t mix the two otherwise what’s the point of Target and Kmart stores. Is this the writing on the wall that all Target stores will become Kmarts. We have too many Kmart stores and not enough of the superior Target stores since all the target closures. It’s extremely disappointing.
Stop using "Couriers Please" for delivery
Please please stop using couriers Please!!! They are useless! They offered me the option of picking up parcel from a business as I have a dog and need to be home. Was told would take an extra two days, never turned up. When I rang they said the box needs a new label with new address and not sure if or when it can be done and will submit a new request. Absolutely ridiculous. I won't ever buy online from target again if they continue to use Couriers please.
Appalling online customer service, but excellent in-store service
I ordered a Nintendo switch for my daughter for Christmas on 27 November. It is now 21 December and it has still not arrived. Upon inquiry today it has been escalated to the couriers for investigation, and that is the extent of assistance I received. I am now left in the position of it being four days to Christmas, and I have no gift. I asked if another one could be sent instead or if I could pick it up from my local store, but the only reply was that I have to wait for the outcome of the investigation which may or may not be before Christmas.
Update: while the online assistance was terrible, my local store - target innaloo - was fabulous. With 2 days left to Christmas and still no response, I went online and could see that there was a switch available at my local store. I suggested via the online chat that maybe I could collect one of those instead (not sure why they didn’t suggest this themselves?). They replied that they would have to contact the store. I then received an email later that same day to say that the store had put one aside for me. I collected it that day, and the manager had packed it up so the contents weren’t visible, just in case the recipient was with me when I collected it. Very considerate and thoughtful.

Appalling Online Service - NEVER AGAIN!
I live in Sydney, and I'm still waiting for my items, which apparently have been at the Couriers Please Sydney depot (from interstate) for more than a week now.
Target's partner - Couriers Please, is a complete displeasure! The delivery date was changed twice - WHY? After being able to finally talk to a human (?) about this, I was told that it would be delivered on 12/12 - NOT happy!
Here's (anxiously) hoping for 3rd time lucky, as I'm going away on the 15th, and these are Christmas presents.
Target needs to seriously address this chronic issue regarding its appalling delivery service. Do you even take heed of the reviews? Fix your mess please!

Placed an order four weeks ago I still have not received my items. They were gifts for birthdays which have passed now. For the past two weeks Target keeps telling me “investigation is still ongoing”. I won’t be ordering online from Target again.

The customer service is shocking. Was on hold half a day got onto. Someone gave them all the details got disconnected. You would think they would ring back again. Package hasn't arrived today
I was buying a game Last Friday and my email told me that my package almost arrived and when I waited this Friday or Today my purchase hasn't arrived on Kmart to Click and Collect and hasn't notify me on SMS and email and telling me it has arrived and I try contact them with email and no reply and I wasted my money and time for a game worth playing and so don't even bother to use this to purchase online.

Placed an online order with Target and did not receive an order confirmation, so tried to contact their customer service by phone and waited 40mins un-answered. Tried online chat and the wait was just as bad, you must be prepared to wait 10-15mins after every message.

Online shopping Exprience
Target's online website needs to be significantly improved in terms of user experience and functionality, especially when it comes to the payment gateway. My recent experience with the website was extremely frustrating. Despite using a Target gift card and my credit card to pay for my purchase, the website charged the entire amount to my credit card and reversed the gift card voucher. When I contacted customer service, I was told that the only solution was to physically visit a Target store to return my purchase and then re-order it if I wanted to use my gift card. This is unacceptable, as the gift card was the primary reason for me to shop at Target, and it is a waste of my valuable time and effort.

I ordered a Breville wok on line which arrived broken. I have attempted to have the broken lid replaced. Originally went through the chat line which asked me to attach a photo. Impossible to do as there is no function to do this.
Then I attempted to send photo by email. Obviously a problem at their end.
To top it off Target has a "complaints policy" but no details of how to contact them to make a complaint.
All I want is not to have wasted a morning to get a replacement lid.

I'm from Canada placed order online for my grandson as gift. 5min later found my grandson got already same toy and Try to cancel couldn't find the link for cancel the order and go to customer service. They are not very nice for the customer and they told me they are not able to cancel I can return it to the store for a found but I will lose money for the shipping. Then I try to do chat online by the guy told me same story and just hung up on me
Now I understand why the Target did not survive in Canada this was my first and the last shopping in Target Australia and I will let them know my friends and family about the situation this is not about shipping cost it's about the 10 minutes and they should be able to cancel my order and get all my money back included shipping cost
Do NOT use
DO NOT use their online delivery option at all. They partner with Courier Please which is a useless company, if something goes wrong with the delivery, don not expect them to resolve it for you. Waste of time dealing with them.
Shoes quality at target au
Bought shoes of them, they stated it's a leather but it's not true, I used them once, it makes the feet hot and burns as hell, shoes made of any cheap material but leather, took it back and they said there is nothing they can if tag is removed, how you supposed to try the shoes with the tag on it? I will never go there again
Only 1 register open with a long line of people
While the store looks great with the remodel, it doesn't seem like employees work. There wad 1 register open and a very long line for self pay. An employee was hanging around the self checkout and greeted me and she asked me how I was. I said, I'd be better if there were more registers open. She said "why?" Really? Maybe because I don't get paid for doing your job! I replied, because it's hard to bag my own items when I have a lot and she said oh if it's such a problem for you. I'll do it. It was the way she said it that ticked me off. I told her jot to worry about it and I continued to bag everything with my bad back.
