Poor customer service
Putting aside the fact that I've asked them three times to correct my name and email address, I put my car in for an MOT and agreed to wait 2 hours at the dealership.
The day before I got a text message with the wrong time on it. Had to contact the dealer to clarify.
After 90 mins was told car had passed MOT and was going for a courtesy wash and vac. Chased 45 mins later and then 30 mins after that I was advised they had “forgotten” to wash it. Took the keys and left.
They were supposed to provide a valuation but no one got in touch.
Very poor customer service.

They were very knowledgeable on the product and very efficient with all communications. I received an in depth video of the vehicle with true honesty on condition, and many emails/phone calls discussing my queries, which were all handled with great care and knowledgeable. New Car Follow up

I live 40 miles from your showroom and…
I live 40 miles from your showroom and this is the 3rd Porsche I have bought from you. I was told to be there at 9:00 am. I arrived at 8:50 and was told that my car would be ready for 5:00pm. Why wasn’t I warned that my car would take 8hrs to be serviced. My last car was a Range Rover, they brought a courtesy car and took my car, serviced it and brought it back. Buying this Porsche was a great experience. Tom was very honest. And talked me through the process you can tell he’s got a passion for cars not all experiences. Are as. good as this one. Worse dealership experience to date …
This was without doubt the worse experience I have ever had with any dealership let alone Porsche where higher standards are expected. Not only was the work not carried out satisfactorily but the customer interface and handling of the handover. Was very poor and completely unacceptable. I arrived albeit on a Saturday but this had been arù the previous afternoon was immediately presented with an invoice for work completed without showing me the vehicle for approval of job done . Handed me the keys and pointed me in the direction of where the vehicle was parked. I found the bonnet undone and the cosmetic paint repair only partially completed. When querying this with the representatives no job card detailing the work that should have been completed was found . To compound the experience when I then entered the vehicle to drive home the warning light -“ electric systems failure “ popped up on the dash -a fault that I had previous been into the dealership just 2-3 weeks previously to have fixed ! Needless to say I was forced to leave my vehicle on the forecourt and return in the courtesy / hire car. At the time of writing the review my Porsche Taycan is still stuck with the dealership in Chester

Christmas Eve Macan
Recently picked up our macan on Christmas Eve cannot thank Josh enough for his enthusiasm and care at handover and for sorting out a minor issue afterwards . I actually had not seen or driven the car before pick up however on its reveal I was so happy . Josh clearly loves his job and made us feel very valued as new customers. I would certainly return to Josh if I were to purchase another car.
