We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen!
Honestly, from start to finish the whole experience was fantastic. The team didn’t just do a great job—they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we were in before Christmas (even helping out with a few issues that were completely my fault!).
Jess Davies was amazing—always quick to respond and kept us updated every step of the way. She made everything feel simple and stress-free.
Tom Watson absolutely nailed the design. He listened to what we wanted and came up with something that looks incredible and works perfectly for us.
Kevin Hartley was brilliant. He managed the whole project so smoothly and his workmanship is top quality. You can tell he really cares about getting things right.
Luke Johnson was fantastic too—super detailed and made sure everything was finished perfectly. The little touches really make a difference.
The kitchen looks stunning, and the whole experience was genuinely enjoyable thanks to these guys. If you’re thinking about a new kitchen, honestly, go with them—you won’t regret it!

Mr M Sutton came from Symphony to make repairs following a mistake made by the building company and he was very personable and professional. A pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend the company on their after service care and lovely kitchens

Scott Wilkinson and his Dad Colin from Consett Co. Durham fit us a new worktop after a defect was found in the original one in our new build house in Marske By The Sea.
They were very professional and really polite. I would recommend these guys if you are to have a kitchen fitted from Symphony Kitchens, to name just one supplier.

Wow- why can’t every company be as good as Symphony.simply outstanding customer service, our customer care technician Scott Wilkinson and Symphony customer care manager Craig Gardner are an absolute credit to Symphony.
We are on the miller homes staton fields development in Durham (plot 53) , sadly the kitchen became damaged just before we moved in.. Craig to the rescue and nothing was to much trouble.
High quality products and Scott is perfectionist and his attention to detail made our install first class.
Thank you Scott, Craig and Symphony, really appreciate all your hard work.

We had Kurt from symphony kitchens to sort out our kitchen cupboards. He done a brilliant job and was a all round nice bloke.

Craig & Mario came to sort our kitchen out, which we had constant and ongoing issues with since we moved in. Within half a day, they replaced the damaged units and work surfaces. Their craftsmanship was far superior to those who installed the kitchen initially. Everything was kept clean and tidy and they did not damage any of the wall tiles or upstands that had been fitted after the installation of the kitchen. Both were very considerate and I we can’t compliment them enough. If I was to get a new kitchen initially the future, I would want these 2 to fit it!

Michael Sutton attended this morning and gave excellent service; he was extremely professional, also provided me with insight should I ever need to make adjustments to the units myself, given this is a new build with movement. What was potentially a small job became a little more complex and Michael explored all avenues thoroughly leading to amending the issue at hand. I’m very happy with his service and was left happy with all work rectified.

John Baker and Dave Oakes did an excellent job fitting the kitchen cabinets and correcting the alignment issues from the original installation. They listened carefully to all our concerns and went above and beyond to resolve them. Very professional and thorough work.

I had reported my soft close kitchen doors no longer working proper and an issue with my sliderobe door. Service technician Michael Sutton was sent to look at the issues. Michael went above and beyond to correct the issues and took the time to show me how I can adjust the doors if any problems occur again. Extremely kind and helpful and was early for the appt too. Would highly recommend.
