Having just moved into a new build with a Symphony kitchen we decided to remove the fridge freezer and change the housing into a store cupboard.

I needed 5 extra shelves so i made an equiry via the online form giving all the details etc. etc. and the quote came back the same day.

The instruction said to call the additional unit sales line which i did and i spoke to Shannon who was very polite, efficient and knowledgeable about the items.

She instantly understood what i wanted to do and confirmed the correct items so i made the order there and then.

The items were delivered A.M. the next day with free P&P which were very well packaged and perfect condition inside.

What a very pleasant change it is these days to deal with a company that actually delivers a first class customer service.

Finally a very big thank you to Shannon who made the whole process from ordering to accepting the goods very very easy indeed.

I live in a new build and symphonyninstalled a shelf in my dressing room as part of the build.
Almost all the plastic clips used on it have broken after just a few months because they were tightened too much on installation.
Morley arrived today to replace them and has used metal brackets and replaced all of them. He was very professional and turned up early which was great.
5 stars for Morley but 4 overall for Symphony......just used better quality clips at the first opportunity.

I was very impressed with the level of care, professionalism and workmanship from Morley when he attended on site yesterday.

There was a problem with relativity new kitchen doors to fridge and freezer.
Explained the position to the Symphony Group who showed understanding and courtesy and sent their fitter Craig Cohen.
Craig has been extremely good and completed the job to my satisfaction.

We had the lovely Michael King to fix a couple things in our new build. He was great and went above and beyond to sort some problems we had with paint splatters on the plinths

I only wish I could give him more stars! Michael was conconscientious, hardworking and dedicated to delivering great quality standards of work. He went out of his way to find the location...which isn't easy on this new development but he didn't give up! He was polite, took shoes off without me asking (unlike the bed people who ruined a bedroom carpet and cost me an extra £400 to replace!)

He assessed the job, knew exactly what was needed - was obviously a perfectionist, took pride in his work, oozed experience and set about rectifying the problem straight away.

Cannot fault him - he literally went the extra mile to deliver excellent service with a smile - on a freezing cold cliff top!

We had our kitchen problems fixed today by technicians Scott & Chris. We now have a kitchen that we love thanks to their work. Scotts attention to detail was incredible, they we both very friendly and respectful and a credit to customer care.

We had Michael Sutton come round and do some snagging bits on our new build property. Micheal was super knowledgeable & friendly & had everything sorted in a short amount of time. I’d definitely recommend him & really appreciate his time

Michael King arrived on time and sorted out the fault with the soft close on our wardrobe so quickly and made sure everything was working fine and I was happy with the result before he left.

We had our new build kitchen and laundry room designed by Symphony kitchens castlebar ! Everything was seamless from planning to lead in to fitting and to follow up afterwards to see if everything eas okay ! We’re in just over 4 months and looking to get symphony back later this year for another project (a house is never finished) ! Thanks to John Jay Declan and all the lads very sound

Morley came and did a great professional job courtesy at all times.

Chris Jones who attended my home to replace a panel was friendly and very accommodating as I was working from home. He worked diligently and quickly and cleaned up afterwards. A credit to the company!

Tom was really efficient, friendly and sorted out our issues. Highly recommend.

Tom Halland came to fix a faulty light, friendly, work was really good and pleased with his service

Jon Pritchard came in to do a few quick jobs and was excellent, really happy with his work!

We received symphony kitchen with our new build house. After the purchase we realised that it required some small adjustments. Michael Sutton from Symphony Kitchens was very helpful realigning all the doors and also showed how to tweak the doors in the future if we need to. Thank you

Excellent after sales service. New doors fitted by a competent fitter, who was polite and efficient.
