Jon came to replace a unit and was the most pleasant and cheerful man. He fitted the unit quickly and efficiently and even put a screw into another unit for me which had come loose . Am very pleased with the work and the service .

Michael Sutton was a pleasant competent worker. Worked well respecting belongings, fixtures and fittings.

Engineer was very patient and gave attention to my concerns about the fitted strip lighting being damaged. He completed the job without any worries and even gave me a good tip on how to clean the metal splashback.

Chris was very good, professional and didn't stop grafting from the moment he entered to the moment he left the job. He talked me through what he needed to do and cracked on. Very polite and very helpful. Cheers Chris

Bought a new build property and had the kitchen worktop replaced as it was chipped, then the 2nd work top had sand paper scratches all over it. They said they would buff it as good will, but if they damaged it or anything went wrong as they were buffing the worktop this was on us and they would not take any responsibility. Then the joint has tuned yellow where they have replaced the old work top and said we have damaged it

Chris ans Serge did a fantastic job coming back to fix an issue from our new build home. Lovely lads and they were done in a couple of hours. You would also never knew they had been. Cleaned up after them selves ! Brilliant interaction

We had a symphony kitchen fitted into our new build home from Stonebridge, unfortunately there were areas of the kitchen that weren’t installed correctly and in plumb. During major remedials that Stonebridge carried out - symphony removed the kitchen and refitted. John Baker was the lead installer and he understood our concerns and worked hard (and late) to rectify them. I have to say out of all of the contractors that have been employed by Stonebridge, Symphony were the ones to keep us updated at all times.

Michael Sutton came to help with a couple of snagging problems in our house. Friendly, kind and got the job done quick. Even went above and beyond to help with something else I was unsure about. Would recommend

Great service, friendly and efficient

Michael Sutton was great! He was knowledge and friendly, helping with issues in our kitchen. He was great with us when we asked lots of questions, and he helped fix an issue we didn’t know we had!

Jon Pritchard attended our house today to look at and even up our worktop. He was very polite, clean and tidy and did a really professional job. So pleased with what he did. The worktop looks so much better now. Thank you so much 😊

Symphony reacted quickly to my request and posted the parts needed very quickly. I cannot fault the customer services department, very polite and professional.
