Don’t use them, they don’t pay out and don’t respond to emails or messages either, please avoid and don’t waste your time

I recently left a survey about survey pop after this site went downhill and stopped producing any surveys I only gave 2 stars. However they seem to be back on top again. I also cashed out successfully this only took 2 hours. Welcome back survey pop.

Horrible app. Have been waiting over a week for my payout from taking surveys on the app and am still waiting (they claim it takes 1-2 business days to receive payment) nor have received any response to numerous support requests to figure out where my payout is. Reviews in the App Store show this has happened to many people but they’ve managed to bury those reviews with phony 5 star reviews. They are scammers!!

Done loads of surveys and got to the cash out amount of £5 and never got paid. Countless emails to them and they still have not paid me or even offered any correspondence just get an automated reply saying they have received my request and will respond in 1 business day. That was a month ago now and still not received my cash out. A terrible company with the worst customer service. Don’t download

Cash out does not come. I have now waited 4 days, stay clear of this company!!!!

Rubbish only get 1 survey to choose at a time and my cash out didn’t turn up in my PayPal account

I really enjoyed this app and have seen my friend use it for a while with no issues at all but I am owed multiple cashouts that I dont believe I'll ever receive because I have emailed them many times (all respectfully ) since Nov. 1st and have not gotten one response or my money. It is now the 22nd so I've been extremely patient but I give up and wanted to let others know before they potentially waste their time as well.

I have got to say I have read the comments and shocked, they are amazing! All companies owned by SocialLoop, on my first cash outs they were in within the 2 business day range, then after that they are all instant! The only downside, is the customer support response, but if you don’t need them like me usually then I can’t complain. This company is amazing!

This site is absolutely a scam. They reward you the first couple of times you cash out, then suddenly your cash outs dissapear. They got me for $7.
There is no way to call and speak to a person to resolve an issue and whenever you email the response is 1-2 business days leading you on and on with no solution. Save your time and try a different survey site.

Surveys dont load when they do they dq straight away.Customer service do not respond I have emailed at least 10x .Do not waste your time on this site.

It was good for about a week and I did get one lot of £4. However, it’s now just completely stopped working. There’s one survey at the top that I can never get into. No daily one and no game offers anymore

Horrible side and stealing your money. It showed I earned 32p for survey but it actually was added only 15p. The 1st £5 it's easy to earn but when you try to cash in 2nd payment they cut your money again as much as they can in order to not to pay you too soon. Also my money disappeared from my account twice. It wasn't a big amount just under 50p but it happened few times. I emailed 3 times to customer service but I was ignored. I only played for 2weeks and as soon as I will cash out my 2nd money I won't use that side again as it's not worth it! Don't even try .

When u cash out anything over $5 the payout is NOT Instant. They literally take the whole 1-2 business days to pay u! It says instant, but it's really not unless it's $5. DO NOT waste ur time trying to make more than $5 if ur looking to get paid instantly! And customer support will ignore u 🫰😑

Used to be a reliable and trustworthy survey site but recently I am finishing survey and getting a message thanking me for finishing survey. This has happen a few times recently. I have never been paid when I close it asks why a am closing the survey!!
