THIS IS A SCAM SITE. I HAVE DONE £10 WORTH OF SURVEYS, THEN CASHED OUT USING PAYPAL. YOU GET AN EMAIL TO SAY THE MONEY WILL BE CREDITED IN 2 WORKING DAYS, THEN NOTHING. WHEN YOU EMAIL SUPPORT THEY DONT RESPOND. THIS SITE SHOULD BE TAKEN DOWN!!!

Ninety percent of the surveys you take will ask all their questions then kick you out at the end with a message saying survey is closed. You are literally taking several surveys for free in order to get paid for one.

Waste of time for a few pennies not to mention the harassing and constant interruptions of your life with empty promises.

Survey pop is a scam….i started using them a few months ago and cashed in my first 5.00 on October 1st 2024 and no money and they won’t respond to my emails….time wasted….if you need to make extra money, “survey junkie” and “branded surveys” are the best ones so far and also “survey on the go”…

Their customer support isn't the best. Not worth your time since they wont help you if you dont receive your reward. i spent so much time on a game and was supposed to earn $27 but only got $1 and they had no solutions to help me receive my money. i recommend looking into other apps to earn if possible. other than that though i was able to cash out a lot and quickly but definitely not the best customer support. definitely not fun spending weeks on a game just for you to pretty much get scammed lol.

Don't waste your time.everything was ok.until I reached a certain amount.now every survey I clicked on it's closed.they just want you to jump through hoops.just to get you to get five dollars.

I cashed £75 out 3 weeks ago however I never received the money, contacted support multiple times and haven’t heard a thing. scam!

Complete survey but never receive these £4 vouchers don't even reply to emails embarrassing company

I have tried to cash out twice and have never received it. I have emailed customer support 3/4 times with no reply. I have spent hours racking up money and nothing has materialised. Don’t waste your time.

Surveypop have a cash-out threshold of £4. This means you have to complete £4 worth of surveys before cashing out. At first, the surveys are fairly easy to complete. Then, when you begin getting close to the £4 cash out, the surveys begin cancelling or stalling, so it becomes almost impossible to reach the £4 cash out. Convenience on their part, I cannot help but wonder?

I’ve been using survey pop for about 3 months now and it’s one of the better survey apps I’ve used. I was shocked to see so many bad reviews as I’ve never had any problems. I’ve cashed out £85 and I’ve always received my payouts, maybe it’s because I use PayPal but either way it has lots of new surveys added everyday and usually you do get some that pay over £1. I would 100% recommend.

They wont tell you how long the process takes to get paid until its time to cash out in which youll never will please dont waiste ya time on this app dont take my word for it try it yourself if you wanna get robbed

I signed up recently and will now be deleting my account. I signed up to earn a bit of extra cash and to keep myself busy during hospital appts.

I enjoyed it. It started off ok. I would cash out and get my funds within 12hrs. I had a couple that were instant which was good but it soon stopped and I can only echo what others have said on here.

1: I requested cashouts but they never arrived.

2: Cashout requests would suddenly disappear from my account history after a few hours.

3: I'd get screened out of surveys after almost getting to the end. Sometimes after 20 mins and not getting any reward. Not even the 1p or 2p they say you'll get as a minimum.

4: Game rewards never appear even after spending hours playing games with constant adverts.

5: Quick earns from watching videos/adverts wouldn't register so again no reward.

6: Very poor customer support. They're not interested in assisting you. I had proof of my cash outs in the form of screen shots of my account history and the processing emails but they're ignoring me. Searched for support from a face book group and it turns out that they've blocked my account or put me in spam mode because i was doing too many surveys. I certainly wasn't going too fast thats for sure.

If you must sign up I recommend Cashing out at the £4 mark and do it daily if need be. Do not build up a lot of money as there's a chance you will not get it. Also take a screen shot of your account history when you cash out and keep your emails as proof. They most likely wont look into it even though it's clear a deduction has been made on your account with no reference to anything.

Be prepared to put the work in. It starts off well but it dries up. I only received about 50% of my rightful earnings.

I do not recommend you sign up but It's up to you now. You have been warned.

Starting using this survey site a few months ago, paying out ok until June 2024 & suddenly the payments I was owed were not sent to my PayPal. PayPal confirmed nothing has been received even though Survey Pop confirm by email you will be paid in 2 days. Chased customer services 4 times, no response, assume there are financial issues here. Avoid! Don’t waste your time!!

I’ve been waiting for my cash out since June. I’ve sent numerous emails and support requests but they don’t even answer anymore. I used to get a stock email saying they’d get back within 24 hours which they never do. It worked well when it worked but has gone downhill recently. I’d avoid it if I were you.

This app is a scam frfr don’t waste yo time I’m still waiting on my cash out after constantly reaching out to customer service still no deposit has been made it’s getting close to a week now mind you they sayy in the app cash out are 1 to 2 business days that’s alllllll cap

Not paying out and 4 emails to "support" ignored. Also avoid Survey Spin and Eureka Surveys as they are the same company.

Positives: instant payout and a £1.20 survey when you cash out, which takes less than a minute.

Negatives: the video reward never materialises. I've told them numerous times but they don't respond or seemingly fix the issue. Also, I've completed surveys and it doesn't redirect to the reward, it just doesn't do anything. Again, I've contacted them and provided screenshots but they just fob you off with excuses.

I have used survey pop for a while now back in may I requested 2 cash outs (28&30 May) they never appeared in my pay pal and disappeared off my statement in survey pop despite MANY emails I have had no response going onto survey pop they are now advising you to contact a company called tremendous about pay outs yet this company has no record of me or the requests despite me showing them the emails id kept (luckily) I am deleting the app and not using this company anymore wouldn’t waste the time I already have
