Been waiting weeks for a response about changing my phone number such an ignorant unresponsive company

I recently just cashed out two payments and never received neither of them. This highly disappointing considering I use the app for extra money for bills.

Scam! Scam! Scam!
They dont respond to emails and they dont pay for these boring surveys taken!
If you want to WASTE time download this app!

This is a terrible survey site in my opinion. They disqualify you after you complete a 20 minute survey and when you complain, if they reply they say you took too long. Funny thing is ...every other site has said to slow down and take your time. Their partner surveys pending then give you an excuse for not paying you. I did cash out once on this site and that involved having to do surveys that I felt certain 4 times out of 5 were liable to boot me out or tell me I completed them and then say the survey partners suddenly decided to end the survey. What a joke. Ive earned hundreds on other sites and am not new to surveys. They should be reported and Im going to do so.

This company has so many issues in the app when you try to get through a survey. For example, I have numerous screenshots in my phone just from today, showing the errors where the link breaks midway.

I also have a screenshot showing I do not qualify to do the survey, after answering all the questions without pay, not even a partial amount. Absolutely unacceptable. This was not the first time. I just decided to keep screenshots now.

Due to the many issues, I purposely stay clear of the longer surveys to avoid wasting too much time if it fails. I noticed that the issues become more frequent as you get closer to the cash out threshold of $5. It's really sad!

I've also had at least two today that did not reward me. I'm thinking about starting a group on Facebook to warn people of apps to stay clear of and show all the receipts I have as proof of why! Don't even bother sending screenshots through the help portal. You won't get feedback. At least I have yet to get any.

The issues are so frequent that it raises red flags of a scam company that should likely be reported to the Federal Trade Commission, Better Business Bureau, ousted on social media so others can be on alert and not end up blindsided by the trickery.

After I cash out what I currently have in the app, I will be shutting it down and making a list of all the apps that are unfair so that I can warn family and friends to stay clear!

On the whole this is a great app, did you know Survey Pop, and Survey Spin ate owned by Eureka, I have all 3 and theyre so similar surveys so be careful you dont try and do the same surveys on each app lol - Survey Pop does pay out straight away, never had any issues there and customer services are very helpful and informative, surveys do screen out sometimes, quite a lot recently, just make sure your details are correct on your profile, try different times of the day and refresh your app regularly, most of all enjoy xx

This app did not pay my $5 cash out twice cashed out 2 times to pay pal never received the money and tried to delete my account and didn’t let me

I cashed out £4.32 on Monday, April 6th, and was told it would take 1-2 business days. It has now been over 10 days and the status is still "Processing." I have checked my PayPal and nothing from SocialLoop has arrived. I have emailed support multiple times and received zero response. This app was good at first, but now feels like a fraud.

Terrible app,don't pay and customer service is a joke.

Garbage and keeps getting worse the more they update it. Now you'll do dang near every survey and won't get credited for either. You'll do task they say install and open. You'll do that and get nothing. Scam likely

It’s a legit app, I’ve been paid multiple times while using it with virtual gift cards. However, lately weird messages have been popping up saying surveys were returned and my account is at risk of losing features. Some surveys break and don’t pay when you get to the end, but this has only happened very rarely to me.

7 days pending my ticket #680324 no response. I am waiting on $22:12 across survey pop and survey spin . My ID is verified. I have a processing email from last Monday . Support is ghosting me . Please release my funds.For survey spin and survey pop please . # 678194. Thank you.

I just joined today and did three surveys in a row and was not given credits for them.

I am owed £37 buy this company not one payment made to myself their customer service is none existed they claim contact within one day that day must be the 12th of never without a doubt they are scammers and there should be a way of forcing payment what they are doing is surely illegal stay well away from this site or you too will be taken for a ride and spend hours needlsy

Customer support is unresponsive and they won't reply you even if you are a priority member! My payment has been held for over 2 weeks now, I haven't gotten it yet!

I really don't know how to rate this app, but I played it last year and it was a really good app to play. My only concern is that after reading all of the comments, I'm afraid to cash out because they are asking for sensitive information like my ID and they didn't ask for that last year. So I'm not going to give them my information cause it seems like a waste of time according to these comments about them not paying out after you have done enough surveys to cash out. I'm glad that I read all of it comments before I uploaded my ID and I'm done with them and deleting this app.

Information/paid survey scam, unpaid surveys, this company should be ashamed of themselves. They steal information, ones time and dedication and don't take any feedback but pretend it doesn't happen. This is the same company that owns Eureka who believe it or not is even more dishonest. The closer you get to payout minimum is when they really start taking the info and shutting the survey down,"closed,"without payment. This should be illegal. Neither eureka nor surveypop change this problem or try to address these issues. Do not upload your ID, any more you should trust them to pay you.
