It started out well but then the prices they paid got smaller and surveys longer then right when I was pennies away from cashing out they took the money from my account like 3.00 I contacted them to ask why and I got the excuse while I was taking the survey they filled their quota that's bullshit if they filled their quota they should have interrupted the survey and said so instead of me completing survey that they were not going to pay the 2 biggest surveys they took back and I completed my end of the deal and they certainly don't mind interrupting a survey to tell you your not the right fit or suvey ended so that's crap DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE RIP OFFS GO TO POGO INSTEAD ITS LEGIT I CASH OUT WEEKLY FROM THEM NO PROBLEM TO MY PAYPAL AND THEY HAVE WAY MORE EARNING OPTIONS SCAN RECIEPTS PLAY GAMES WITHOUT DOWNLOADING ANY SPECIAL GAMES THEY PAY YOU FOR PLAYING WHAT YOU ALREADY PLAYING AND THEY PAY MORE ON SURVEYS FORGET THESE LOSERS

You know what. It takes a while just to reach the £4 minimum cash out the surveys are quite often long and with a small reward. But it pays I have had excellent customer service experiences when I needed them. So if you have the patience this app is ok

I liked doing the surveys. No problem with that.Completed the missions in the tasks.No problem with that.I also play a couple other survey platforms which have had no problem with a couple of years ago.I cashed out ten pound twenty.That was including the bonus yet.I do not work nowhere.They've gone.They said to my paper, I can't have had no confirmation, etc.Can you please confirm what one should do as i'm trying to get hold of the customer service?And i'm finding it quite upsetting chun, somebody explain to me. Got an email iny account today, one of my surveys was rejected by a researcher after 3 days. I have to be careful not to get violations otherwise my account may be restricted. Hey survey spin, I've instantly deleted your app. I'm not alive to spend an hour giving you my data for the grand reward of 16p.
This isn't the 1890s.Wages have gone up and I don't think I want to be lectured by your app.
I gave 100% honest answers, and your a I is treating me like I'm a naughty boy. I'm not a naughty boy I'm the Messiah so toodle pop. Keep your data gathering app and your 8p or 2p or 46p an hour wage. I would be better just becoming a just eat bike boy and doing one job a day.

They are not paying people at all said this app has turned it to a scam

Complete waste of time. Some of the surveys posted pay less than 2p per minute. Most of them will ask you a few questions then tell you the survey has been withdrawn. Google reviews give this site a high rating, I'm wondering where these reviews come from....

I haven’t received my cash out for a different account that I actually deleted and I made a new account and haven’t received that cashout either.

Terrible experience. Biased and automatically keeps kicking out of review completed one reviewd and didn't get paid for it. Too time consuming for little to nothing pay

I know longer have a phone number so how can I verify when I don't have a number and it's hard for me to cash out

I’ve had a frustrating experience with Survey Spin. I completed multiple surveys and successfully requested cash outs, but I have not received 3 consecutive payments. My account is verified, and I followed all required steps, yet the payments are still not reflecting.

At this point, the platform feels unreliable when it comes to payouts. Earning rewards is pointless if withdrawals are consistently delayed or not processed. I’ve reached out for support but haven’t gotten a clear resolution.

Until this issue is fixed and payments are reliably processed, I can’t recommend Survey Spin to others. A reward platform should be transparent and dependable, especially when users are putting in real time and effort.

Scammer waste of time no star worth for completing the survey I made the withdrawal at 5'22 2 weeks ago and you still haven't made the payment.

I love to earn the easy money. Check-ins are great. Daily polls, Tap Ins, surveys and videos all pay you money. I don’t really focus on doing all the surveys. I will do a couple a day. I love the extra money for essentials and using it to play games.

I have emailed them and the third party company and they are screwing me out of my money! I completed all the levels I was supposed too and they have not rewarded me

Would give -1 if able to. They let you complete lengthy surveys whilst gathering lots of information and invariably don’t pay out. Customer service is non existent. Waste of time!

ITS not perfect and the money is rare and service is not Quick. Anyone with a lot of patience can do it. I withdrawed my first pay, I was so happy it finally worked with my vérification and I needed the food money.

SurveySpin is a scam - they monitor surveys and closes surveys midway after collecting certain informations - if a survey, when a survey is being monitor that means it’s also being built in real time - so if you say something that they don’t want to present to the company they close the surveys to avoid paying you for your time as if one supposed to say exactly what the survey is looking for - surveys are not the main focus of this app- this app is collecting people informations and dodging to pay - first it’s 16 cents for 45 mins surveys on top of that they made it impossible to earn -meanwhile they collected the informations then they built the survey themselves to present to the companies - SurveySpin is exploiting people taking advantage of people - manipulating people - According the laws of the United States that’s violation of fair labor act because one can be there faithfully and honestly doing surveys but the app keep interrupting the surveys to avoid paying- please investigate this app for your own good - I’m already taking legal action against the app - it’s very stressful app to use - causing anxiety - the app is dangerous. Very dangerous to health - we wanted to see how legit this app is so we started doing surveys at 6am today and it’s 745pm now we still can’t reach $5 -They making impossible to earn but we are spending time doing surveys - they will close 2-6 surveys in the row to avoid paying people and totally ignore your time. Thats not fair because they know that once one is frustrated, the person will just close the page - that’s how they playing the monetization strategy- by frustrating you so you can close the survey yourself if you don’t they keep prolonging the surveys until you are tired or start answering randomly because you know you are now in the second surveys but if you stop you lose both - if you finish they will only pay you for one of the surveys but they sneaked 2 surveys in your surveys that’s why you will sometimes enter your birthday 2-3 times in one surveys - it’s a scam in a smart way - the app activities and practices need to be checked by the authorities because I belive this app is also a threat to American national security - it’s a dishonest app totally crooked .

Lied about rewards that I was owed MULTIPLE times before my first cashout. I saw the writing on the wall, so I hurried up and made the bare minimum and cashed out. i contacted support about the missing rewards, they said they would look into it. that was ALSO a lie. i never got a response back from them. this company is a legitimate SCAM! run away with your 5$ initial cashout and NEVER LOOK BACK LOL. theres a lot of reputable apps that actually do what this one claims to. update to note i reported them to CFPB, BBB Scam Tracker, and the Federal Trade Commission! I suggest any who feels like me to do this!
